The cool thing is , he wasn't the star by leaps and bounds but by mere inches. ODB and Inspectah were my faves as a youngin.
Each one of them were sick as fuck and had unique personalities--unlike today's rap groups (if they even exist)

Meth and ODB, always more outgoing, willing to work with anybody and everybody, Gza, U God, Rebel INS, and Masta Killa less reluctant to work outside the cipher.

The talent level of the group (besides U God) is undeniable. GZA was my favorite to be honest.
But Meth, and like you said, ODB were stars. Had that it. The rest just wasn't on that level IMO.

I'm really enjoying this shit. From the South man this type of stuff gets me excited to listen to some of these older acts music I never got to hear growing up. I never got it with Wu. I missed that era. My first Wu song ever hearing was when MTV use to play that Triumph video all the time and I thought it was cool but never heard much from them....then as I got older I started listening to Ghostface and Raekwon......I had no idea I was sleeping on Inspectah Deck. Shit listening to they shit now man maybe it was already known to y'all but he the dopest one to me but Ghostface still my favorite.
