I'd forgotten that he never interviewed in-person. He must really want to be here, as initially thought..

Yeah, I expected to be hearing about a in person interview Tuesday or Wednesday....not a hiring on Monday

Pretty good vid where dude talks about potential staff (not much we don't already know) and also a lot of the key offseason dates and deadlines between now and the draft:

Ok, now let's get a couple OL and one more pass rusher.....

I'm getting hyped again.....can't wait for the draft....

That's the absolute least we'll need. The only offensive lineman that should come back, in my opinion, is Darnell Wright. They cannot go into another year with Braxton Jones at left tackle. They've got to do whatever's necessary to get a blue chip, absolute stud at left tackle. Plus, they need a competent NFL center, and an upgrade at right tackle. On the defensive line, at the very least, they need another edge rusher, but our run defense was just as bad, if not worse, than our lack of a pass rush. So, they also need an upgrade at defensive tackle to play next to Gervon Dexter. And do you trust that Jaquan Brisker will ever be truly healthy again? And who's going to be our main slot receiver? Tyler Scott? Because Keenan Allen most likely ain't coming back. And do you want to go into another year with only Cole Kmet at tight end, because Marcedes Lewis is done, and I don't want to see Gerald Everett ever again. And do you want a place kicker in today's NFL that you can't trust to get you a field goal beyond fifty yards, which is a chip shot for most other kickers in the league? This roster is anemic, and that locker room is toxic. All eyes are on Ryan Poles now to get this roster fixed, and I'm not sure he'll be able to fill all the holes that need to be filled in one off-season. I hate to sound like a pessimist, but that's where we are.
