Closed mouths don't get fed. It's also imperative to have other citizens to help you with any issue. You can have the best idea or the solution to the worlds biggest program but if you don't have the community support you need then ain't much moving.

@Drayonis, next time start donating a lot of money to your local government and congress people. Make sure you go after his local zoning or licensing people. Make sure you are giving enough for them to notice you. Schedule some meetings concerning your issues and make sure you make sure any future donations are connected to issues that would fuck your Italian friend over.
Then sit back and watch how things fall into place.

Something else that strikes me as odd is that in another thread, he mentioned working for Microsoft, yet he couldn't provide a referral to someone in this forum who asked him for one. His excuse was that tech tech job market is bad and he doesn't have the pull. Ironically, the reality is the opposite. With the market right now, by far the best way to get a job at those type of companies (FAANG's) is by using a referral. And you don't need to be someone with pull to give one. You only need to be an employee who works there. I don't work there, but I gave the guy asking for a referral the name of a forum where he could get one from a Microsoft employee.
