I see all the crime updates. It's incredible how much goes on in a few mile radius.
I barely sit on my balcony anymore cause too many people mill around beneath me....we have retail on the ground level. Used to be nice, now it's street folk hanging out that don't live here. I don't want to catch a stray or have people knowing where I live.

Yeah man cause you never know when someone may come snooping around your property. Also it gives you weekly crime statistics in your zip code and shares neighbors videos. Year subscription for me was 30.00.
I'm in a condo but I still got it to see the traffic in the hallway by my door. It definitely makes people act right knowing they are on camera.
People used to try my door just to see if it's unlocked...they don't do that anymore.
According to the APD:

I would have thought shoplifting would be up way more than 4 percent.
