Does he have personal weaknesses? Just like every other human, I'm sure he does. That being said, he doesn't strike me as a overall weak person, just because I agree with his position on some things.

I was at a beach at the Hamptons where I was the only black male there. And yet there was at least 7 black women, oiling up some old ass rich white man...

My problem with dating sistas was, I always got combative, strong-willed ones who wanted their way in ways that I wasn't going for.

This is so true, but only half of the equation, because around the same time they was paying off black mothers they used the media to glorify the pimp, drugs and escaping reality, something that is not only still prevalent today, but also much more prominent.
Basically both side greed and ego has been used against us, with us we took pride in being players, pimps and use drugs to help escape the responsibility of being a man with the black women they were lured into the fantasy world (often via soap operas and those racist ass, all white fashion magazines) where they were living vicariously through the eyes of a white woman, training them to want to live and be like them.
Today the divide is so great, that we are barely able to love and be with each other with out running to the arms of another race for happiness...
