Pigs ain't magical man.They overrated as fuck. They close most the hood cases because of CIs and/or people talking. CIs can lead them to suspects. Pigs just hit up cats they let operate in the hood to see what they heard about such and such shooting. They then rely on the suspects to be stupid and talk. Think about it. How many open cases did you know about in your hood that the pigs ain't solve until way later? I can think of cases where the streets and the pigs know who did it and the cats still walking around.
