This evening you went down to check the mailbox and you ran into Gisele in the lobby. No one's life is perfect, but Gisele always seem to have a smile or her face and had a way to make you forget your troubles at least for a few minutes.
So, you got into a brief conversation about the weather, and then she asked you were you good with your hands? If so, she had a job for you. So, you told her that you would do "almost anything" for her.

Your niece Tania invited you to a party that was hosted by one of her friends in the entertainment industry (Music, Film, Television, Sports) in New Jersey.
You took your friend, Will because you knew that alot of single women would be there (and you were correct).
Will locked eyes with this "Exotic looking" female and had no clue as to what her ethnicity was, but he just knew he like what he saw.
So, you told him that Tania might be able to provide him with some Intel on this female.

4. Is she waiting for her man?

One observation that you have made is that a lot of attractive women frequent the establishment and usually come in groups, unaccompanied by male companions.

He would only be there for a week, and his sister could get you a "buddy pass," so the flight wouldn't cost so much. In addition, you wouldn't have to pay for a hotel and could stay with his family.

On the way back into the building you ran into "Havana" (can't remember her real name, but her parents are Cuban) getting out of a taxi cab and walking into the building.
She was a little tipsy, but was holding up okay and you decided to wait for her to make sure she was alright. The interesting thing about "Havana" is that she is quick to put a guy in his place if he comes at her wrong, and plenty of guys tell her what they would like to do to her sexually. So while you're riding upstairs on the elevator she tells you about how she told some guy that was "playing her too close" at that bar that he couldn't handle her in the first place.
You just listen and laugh, then she takes out her cell phone and starts showing you what she is working with...

The way the apartments are constructed in your building your bedroom and the neighbors bedroom are next to each other. This means when it's really quiet at night you might be able to hear certain things.

In addition, if you "accidentally" happened to be in the hallway at the same time she was taking the garbage out she would stop you and want to have a conversation with you.
Normally, this would not have been a problem, but she acts like she can't get the bags down into the incinerator and says things like "Damn, this is a tight fit, I'm going to have to force it down." Which of course is your signal to come over and help her (she tells you that she admires a man that can "put it down").
To make matters worse, sometimes you hear a strange humming in your place so you try to figure out where it's coming from. The humming sound is followed by long deep moans and screams (it took a minute to figure out what was happening).
So, when she came knocked on your door last Friday and said she needed a favor she had your undivided attention. She wanted you to take a few photos of her to test this new video camera she recently purchased.
Who knows, maybe you get "lucky?"

You discussed a litany of subjects and most of your conversation revolved around television shows (Will Trent, FROM)
If you've ever watched "FROM" you would understand because there's so many questions and theories. So the discussion went from CVS all the way back to our apartment building.
It got to the point where Kim invited you in her apartment to continue listening to your analysis of the show. Then she told you that she needed to take a quick shower so you asked her if you should leave?

Yeah, your sitting in Kim's bathroom talking about a television show while she showered (Kim explained that she has done some nude modeling, so she felt talking to you while she showered is no big deal).

Your friend Shane wanted your opinion on a situation he was dealing with. He lives in a 5 story walk up building in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. The property is owned by an elderly Black man, Mr. Johnson, who treats Shane like he is his son.
As a favor to Mr. Johnson (who had to take a trip with his wife to check her family in North Carolina) asked Shane to collect the rent payments from the building residents and give it to his son (his son would deposit the money in the bank).
Shane was more than happy to do this because Mr. Johnson would give Shane a discount on his rent for that month.
Everything was going smooth until he got to Dasani's apartment (3B). She had been short on her rent since January and was worried about Mr. Johnson trying to evict her. She was probably around $500 to $700 in arrears and wasn't sure what to do?
She explained this to Shane and was almost in tears then she figured maybe she could bargain with Shane. She basically told Shane if he could help her she would be grateful.
Shane wanted to know how?
He's not sure if he made the right decision, but it felt good at that moment.
