Your neighbor, Marko was telling you a wild situation that he managed to get himself into recently. Marko has been approved to receive "Medical Marijuana" because of his disability (chronic knee pain), and he often pays a visit to the local dispensary. However, sometimes the trip can be an inconvenience depending on his mode of transportation and the walk itself can be an arduous task.
One day, Marko had an epiphany and remember that Luna (Apt. 5B) used to "smoke," and he heard rumors that she was now running her own dispensary. Perhaps he could pay her a visit and see if she had anything available until he could make a trip to the local dispensary, besides and elevator ride is a lot easier than taking an Uber.
He lucked up and found out that Luna did have her own personal cache at home and was willing to help him out, but he soon found out that it would come at a price. Luna said that if he came by her store she would give him a good deal on anything in the store, in addition, to what was covered under his medical plan, but since she's going into her personal cache another arrangement might have to be made.
Marko knew that at one time Luna used to "fool around" with his friend Khalid, but they had broken up a few years back, and even though Marko and Khalid hadn't spoken for awhile they were still friends. However, he did remember that Khalid told him that when Luna smoked she got really horny and to be honest he said Luna was a freak.
