Dave Batista is above The Rock, Cena, and Momoa in acting from what I've seen.
I'd put Cena ahead of The Rock but only slightly. I haven't seen enough of him to really see how much range he has but he definitely has a superior ability to take on a character make it believable than The Rock.

I've seen every movie you listed. Didn't see Young Rock. I like the Rock and enjoy his movies but he ain't got it on Cena. Appreciate your perspective tho.

His best work was cutting promos in the WWE. You could definitely see he was destined for greater things and achieved them but he's still not a very good actor.
I can't say that.
Why? Because he is The ROCK in everything he does?
Most movie stars are that and do that.
He is charismatic he CAN be funny (which ANY actor director and writer will tell you is the HARDEST THING IN THE WORLD TO DO)
Is he the BEST actor?
no
Is he Christian Bale?
No.
But I think like 75% of Hollywood
the right project with the right team?
He could find an award winning role.

Early Rock had a ton of potential. Everything went downhill once he joined The Fast & the Furious franchise. He was good in 5. But once his star lifted. He became lazy. He's afraid to challenge himself. He's afraid to look bad onscreen. He no longer wants to be looked at in a negative light. Even if it shows off his range. Cena will play a villain (not in WWE). Bautista will do the same. Neither's ego is above diversifying their portfolio's.
The Rock played a gay bodyguard in Be Cool. He was a highlight in that otherwise forgettable movie. What about Doom. The Rock played an evil marine. Could you imagine him taking either of those roles today?

Shit like this why I was against "The Snyder Cut" from being done in the 1st place.
These misguided fools now believe they are in a position to "force" Warner into giving them everything they want from now on in The DCEU.
They overlook the fact that:
- Warner Bros is 55 billion dollars in debt and they ONLY released The Snyder cut to drum up HBO MAX subsrciptions.
- If Warner Bros were truly interested in continuing The Snyderverse, they would've released it in theaters after fan demands to make money.
- David Zazlav is there to cut corners and make money. He sees The Snyderverse AIN'T working and is very divisive among fans. Dude said to Gunn; "Cut that shit loose and let's start fresh".
And even though I'm upset that Cavill won't be back as Superman, I trust James Gunn enough to believe he knows what he's doing. I just hope he can actually deliver the goods...
With the exception of Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold, the WWE does a good job at training these guys for tv. I think Cena and the Rock are decent actors they just keep getting the big muscle guy role. Whoever is Batista's agent is they are doing a fantastic job getting him into some solid movies with dramatic roles, he isn't that great in those roles though.
Not to mention that Snyder himself has repeatedly said he has ZERO interest of ever doing another DC film again,and that he has moved on...
If you say so. He just really hasn't done anything in the last 20 years to make me think of him as anything more than a mediocre actor.
Honestly, there are plenty of mediocre actors IMO who have been popular for decades (e.g. Schwarzenegger). There's nothing wrong with that but it is what it is.
