damn sorry to hear about that..sounds like she a tough cookie though..bunch of shit being thrown at her and yet she with standing..sound like a young soldier in the making..1 of my older cousins had a rough road when he was lil..bad case of asthma..had to get chest surgery, almost past away 4 diff times, was in and out the hospital all the damn time for his first 4 yrs of life..he hung in there and today he a 40 yr old accountant..that was 1 of my best cuzz growing up..actually the 1 who taught me a lil bout legally hustling..the 1 who put me on to the entertainment bizz, party bizz, the reason why i hate every ny sports teamexcept the giants
..i said all that to say there's always light when surrounded by darkness..my older cuzz is proof of that..you look at his journey and go no excuses for allowing roadblocks to get in your way..my prayers go out to your lil one
That little girl so tough she had the doctors with over 25 years experience crying.
She looks them straight in the eye whenever they injecting her.
all ya'll remember next month is Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month!

Man I'm still in it, I graduated, waited damn near a year to get a job, of which was for peanuts, he let me go because of jelousy, and ego, I still live on moms couch, still looking for a job,in my field, I got a kid on the way and a fiancé, shits rough man, I catch myself with tears in my eyes frustrated because it's like the harder I try, the more no's I get, they say it gets better, I am waiting for my break through

Internal bleeding for couple years......hemoglobin was around 3.1 ( healthy male should be 16) .....Thought I had twisted my knee/spider bite.....ended up with a blood clot......doc took my blood and she was
how did you walk in here.... you need blood asap......I'm like nope.....called my wife she ....she called my mom.daughter an sisters and they all talked me into getting blood. Because there was internal bleeding I need 8 bags to get me to a 9.0 were she felt comfortable releasing me from the hospital.

hey hang in there,
my sister was cryin when she was pregnant because the doctor told her the chances of her baby having sickle cell was way over ninety percent...
I told her to stop with the tears and think positive... she started reading up on it and takin prenatal vitamins and minerals and drinkin a lot of water...
that was two decades ago, now my niece is in college in conn,
studying to be an rn..
it wasnt an easy road, there were times when she was in a lot of pain and had to take some serious pain killers..
but now she is off them... and doin excellent, the only time she experiences any type of sickle cell related pain, is when she
eats a lot of junk food and doesnt drink water... but she is healthy as hell and is one of the top students in her class..
make sure your baby girl gets her water intake and eats a lot of mineral and vitamin rich food...
you can get some multi mineral drops and put it in her water or juice...
trust me it will make a difference..
stay proactive and positive bruh!!!!
