YW Bro....I usually listen to it..while going to work , lunch breaks. or even playing it at night while sleeping.....it puts me in a peaceful state of mind. I will post some more music for you and others to download soon.
This is the best stuff ro take when stressed been taking it for 5 years now when needed.
Trust me..I would not recommend over using it. if u intend on driving.The tea will relax the shit out of you...Yogi have a whole line of herbal tea for men and women. I cant say enough on how Good their teas are.

Trust me....Yogi is the best. ..other brands who make herbal teas are less potent .St. Johns Wort. Chamomile and Lavender are good as well. Speaking of Lavender. Lavender Frangrance Oil. works as well when worn as a cologne. Trust.

My baby girl was just admitted to the hospital and needs a transfusion.
And it was the strangest thing...
I needed to talk to someone anyone and I couldn't find anyone
No one answered their phone or text and if they did?
The said they were busy or didn't even give me a chance to speak.
And in the end
I was fine with that.
I prayed.
As long and as hard as I could.
As alone as I felt in the particular moment.
I found peace within myself and in my wife and my girls.
I hold no ill will grudge or resentment
It was just a reaffirmation that I can handle this.
It's not easy, but i can handle this
And God is with me.
And whatever it is YOU can too.
And who was one of the first people to hit me?
A bgol brother.

Stress can cripple you to the point that you don't get anything done which it turn makes life more stressful. IMO The best way to break that cycle is marijuana.
Use just enough that you can still function, but don't feel the stress. It makes it easier to get things done which in turn gives you less to stress about.

It's tough, as you said. We as men are supposed to show no weakness but we often don't have an outlet Or someone who we can tell some really secret down dirty shit that may be embarrassing like the E.D. issues that ended my marriage.

yep same here..since memorial day weekend it's been all kinda fuck shit goin on..deaths, people killing themselves i kno, had a run of diff injuries/illness, diff bizzness ventures gone to shit, certain plans went to shit, pretty much 1 of the overall wackest summers in a longtime..if it ain't 1 thing it's another..so much that i sit and wait for the next dumbshit to come my way once i get over 1 obstacle..shit, shit, shit back to back to back.. but hey the bright side is i'm alive and for whatever been thrown at me i took an asswhipping like rocky and kept getting up..yeah..juss get me out this fucking season already..there was progress in all of it though..i still did kinda have fun overall..plus i got to link up with my old circle more

Yes, those transfusions can be a hassle. My wife used to get one every few months. That was bad enough. I can only imagine how hard it would be watching a child get one, especially my own. The mental image is horrifying.

At the end of the day though you're still breathing and so is she. Every 24 hours is a chance the science will catch up and give her a more pain free life. When that happens I know you'll be one of the first in line just like you planned it.
damn sorry to hear about that..sounds like she a tough cookie though..bunch of shit being thrown at her and yet she with standing..sound like a young soldier in the making..1 of my older cousins had a rough road when he was lil..bad case of asthma..had to get chest surgery, almost past away 4 diff times, was in and out the hospital all the damn time for his first 4 yrs of life..he hung in there and today he a 40 yr old accountant..that was 1 of my best cuzz growing up..actually the 1 who taught me a lil bout legally hustling..the 1 who put me on to the entertainment bizz, party bizz, the reason why i hate every ny sports team

..i said all that to say there's always light when surrounded by darkness..my older cuzz is proof of that..you look at his journey and go no excuses for allowing roadblocks to get in your way..my prayers go out to your lil one
