All can say is idealy, blame should/would be equally shared, however, women (not just Black women, but since this is about the Black community, I will say Black women) control their own destiny 100%. Since they are the ones who allow men to fuck and allow men to hit it raw, ultimately, they are responsible.
If a bank is giving away loans, but they don't require credit checks, people are gonna come in and borrow money. Some people are gonna repay it, some people aren't, If your aren't careful with who you let borrow money, then you're at fault when they don't fulfill their terms. You can try and sue them to get the money back, but if they broke, they broke and YOU'RE stuck with a bad loan. Too many bad loans and the bank FAILS.

I agree. But how many times does that shit happen bruh? In my line of work, I've seen tens of thousands of cases and rarely, in the cases of what I would call bad fathers, was the nigga a do-right nigga who just got fucked up.
Even still, you're not gonna get a 100 percent reduction in the numbers, but 70-80 percent, I'll fucking take that in a heartbeat.
If you a club and you constantly getting shot in, you gotta change your approach. Improve who you let in, put big bouncers at the front, upgrade yourself. Sure a nigga might sneak in and some shit pop off, but it won't be EVERY damn weekend like it usually is.

I'm in a situation where I left an big city and my options for dating outside my race is limited. Now I'm around the kind of black women you spoke of, they are actually "in Clubs chasing thugs" often after the cat dropped HIS SEED on her she is back out there looking for the next loser.
So, being that I see this and my present situation of a smaller dating gamut, what do I do?
Well, so far...nothing. I don't want to "commit" to taking care of someone else's kid, and especially from a women who still doesn't fully and completely appreciate or see the value of my nobleness if I do so. More so, if when she says "I ain't having no more kids".
Half of the time they are still scorned by the first cat that did them wrong and as soon as the good guy heals their wounds, they will be back at it again...getting DOGGED.
Only problem that women don't realize, ...they are not like men "independence or Playerisms". Each time they get DOGGED they are depreciated. Rep, looks, expense-wise, and physically. They lose value til ultimately are of little value at all any many (thug or good guy). The "Good Guy" who has in the meantime been on the "come up", no kids, while she has been taking the low road become premium.
Anyway, my point is. We already know WHY Black women go for the shiftless Cats. Or do we?.

When i was locked up many years ago, over 70% percent of black inmates came from a female headed homes. Also over 70% of black inmates didn't even have a damn high school diploma.

and Section 8 living. Everyone is to blame but the system also
plays a major role. If you got kids and you aint married to the

recover but your choice's are the issue not women or men.
Don't live with or knock up or become knocked up by anyone
unless your married. Not saying that all of them work but its
a better start if educated then married then kids. Thus stoping
