Okay, so each time Putin issues a nuclear war threat, we submit and do nothing.
After conquering all of Ukraine, he suddenly feels bold and declares war on the next nation he wants to attack.
Weakening us in their eyes, China will attack Taiwan.
That situation is not one that the US desires.
In addition, when we stop buying from China, the economy crashes, letting China know not to engage with us.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky hastily fled Kiev on Friday and is currently in Lvov with his entourage, Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin stated in his Telegram channel Saturday.

"Zelensky hastily fled Kiev. He was not in the Ukrainian capital yesterday already. He fled to Lvov with his entourage, where he and his assistance were provided with accommodation," the speaker said, adding that all videos published in the social media were recorded in advance.

You realize that you are calling for a nuclear escalation with Russia, and an economic battle with China.

What can go wrong?

What we can do is what every US president has done before, tone down the rhetoric and come up with a diplomatic solution with Russia and China. The solution will be a compromise where the war hawks in Russia and the hawks in the US (as seen above in this thread) will both see it as a loss.

But the world will go on like it was before, and we can go back to Instagram and Netflix.

As far as what Russia or China “may” do in the future. Let’s cross that bridge when we get there.

You realized your calling for capitulation to RU every time they raise the prospect of using nuclear weapons. What could go wrong? History tells us. Germany invaded poland and poland's allies did nothing. Six months later germany went into norway, denmark, belgium, and the netherlands all within a few weeks.

One of the most amazing aspects of all of this has been how actual Russian propagandists and terrorists are far more sober in their assessments than our resident freethinkers...

Any more Russian political figures or billionaires mysteriously fall off balconies or down flights of stairs this week?

It’s tough to keep up with all their bullshit over there.
