Aishwarya Damani, your coworker was aware that you lived in Harlem, and because of this she felt you were more familiar with the neighborhood as well as the "do's and don't's." In addition, she was knew that you would sometimes drive to work so that was an added bonus.
"Ash" explained to you that her mother was currently a patient in New York Presbyterian Hospital and she wanted to visit her, but was someone unsure of what train or bus would take her there (she thought about a cab, but "Ash" knew that the ride would be very expense traveling from lower Manhattan to Washington Heights)?
So, as a favor she asked you if you could give her a ride there (she offered to buy you lunch)? You told her that it wouldn't be a problem and that it wasn't necessary for her to buy you lunch. When you arrived at the hospital, you and "Ash" went up to her mother's room and she introduced you; however, you ended up going to the lounge area to allow them some privacy. You told "Ash" to take her time and that you would wait for her.
"Ash" stayed until it began to get dark and then decided to leave since she felt her mother needed some rest, but when she came to the lounge she had another female with her, it was Kasi, her niece. She introduced to Kasi, but you were more focused on "Ash" since you could see she was a bit stressed out.
You told "Ash" that you could give her a ride home (Jackson Heights, Queens) and told her that if she wanted you could treat her to "Chipotle" on the way there or whatever she had a taste for (Kasi came along for the ride also). You went to "Chipotle," and ordered some food to go and then took "Ash" and Kasi back to Ash's place.
Upon entering the apartment Ash excused herself and went to the bathroom leaving you and Kasi alone for a few minutes, but a few minutes was all that Kasi needed.
Kasi let you know that she was "fair game," if you wanted to play.
