Government workers have performance reviews Sir...it is the haphazard, arbitrary, hostile manner in which this is being done...different agencies are telling their employees different things...some say ignore, some say do it immediately...some workers within the same agency are told different things depending on which department they are in...48 hours to do it but its due on Monday and was sent on Saturday when most are off work...what about folks in classified positions etcPeople in the private sector have to do this when an auditor and private equity comes in. Hell, at my tech company we've had to do it after reorgs.
Why is it beneath government workers? The same people who never showed even a fraction of outrage, or mobilization, when it happened to the rest of us despite them being in safe jobs for decades?

Personally, I’m more concerned with Oakland and San Francisco Unified School Districts making cuts including laying off teachers, closing schools, and resources for our kids. I’m also more concerned with Oakland being over 130 million in the hole. Laying off over 100 employees, ending funding for non profits, closing Fire Stations, and crime prevention programs.

It would be easier to understand / follow if DOGE was filled with actual auditors or former government employees that know the system and how people game it...... but it's not. DOGE is made up of various X company tech bros..... nary an actual auditor or seasoned government employee in the bunch......
