It was not necessary to blow her shit up like that. That lawsuit is essentially about a toxic workplace and environment for the hairdresser Noushin Faraji. The ONLY thing that Joy contributed to that environment that directly affected Faraji was making fun of her accent and ethnicity and saying racist shit to or around her.
Taylor was NOT a victim and was a consenting person in all of her interactions with whoever she met and worked with at the network. If she "slept" her way to her positions in the company....SO WHAT... thats something between her and whoever she dealt with CONSENTINGLY. This lawsuit has become a spotlight on her sexual activities and behavior when the person who ran the network actually CREATED the environment was Charlie Dixon and NO ONE is talking about him at all (except to talk about how Joy could fuck someone who looks so Goober). Dixon has hire/fire power, he propositioned Faraji, he tried to sweep all the complaints under the rug AND he was retaliatory towards her for complaining.
Who Joy Taylor fucked has NOTHING to do with that. On top of that...even if she got the jobs she has thru sexual hook ups...NO ONE HAS SAID SHE WAS BAD AT HER JOB. Even NOW not one commentator has said Taylor is incompetent at what she does on tv.
Faraji claimed to have complained to Joy about the treatment she got from Skip Bayless and her reply was get over it. Well Taylor isnt anyone's boss, certainly not Bayless's and isnt that a complain for HR? And if HR at Fox Sports did nothing then the manager there's name should be listed.
Who cares that Taylor and her husband went on a double date with Dixon and his wife and her husband picked up on a vibe and divorced her.... the hell's that got to do with Dixon trying to fuck Faraji separately??
