IF that statement was said it sounds like she said that as a CONTINGENCY in case they decide to force her out....but she didn't cause that didn't happen. So it doesn't matter really. Regarding this statement on page 11 of the lawsuit:
"She explained that she was also now powerful, and once Mr. Dixon was no longer useful to her, she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her. She would not allow herself to be forced out by Mr. Dixon like other women talent."
The alleged plan of filing a false rape claim "once Mr. Dixon is no longer useful" sounds more pre-emptive than contingent upon being forced out. Additionally, Dixon doesn't even have to be the one to have her to be "forced out" if FOX decided to do that later. Her co-hosts and co-workers are likely seeing her in an different light from that alleged statement. The hilarious strategy of now dressing like a Preacher's wife on air won't help with that perception.

If you could make a human clone copy of Joy and have all the panel speakers be a replica or clone of Joy, do you honestly think those numbers you presented would be what they are now. Do honestly believe she is where she is be cause of merit and qualifications.
Everyone on these sports talk programs, whether your a moderator or a panelists, each speaker either has a journalism background preferably in sports or was a former athlete themselves. As far as I’m aware Joy Taylor has neither. So in such a very short space of time, how do you go from a bartender to being the top talent hierarchy wise of a major sports network.
Her credibility and merit personally and professionally is being questioned. Based off her previous instagram and podcasts videos, she comes off as self centered and an asshole. That makes her unlikeable. That is where the gasoline or fuel for all the backlash and clowning from all over the internet is coming from. Any youtube video that has her in it, 90% of it is either backlash or clowning. There can't be that many people trolling you unless your unlikeable.

Joy Taylor was named in a case that includes contributing to a toxic workplace... heres who actually did what to Noushin Faraji:
Charlie Dixon - Faraji alleged Dixon groped her during Taylor’s birthday party in 2017. Dixon “used his position of power to coerce women into having sex with him and used it as justification to grope Ms. Faraji,” the lawsuit says. A female former Fox employee, who is kept anonymous, is cited in the suit as having told Faraji in 2023 that her contract was not renewed because she refused to have sex with Dixon. There are multiple allegations throughout the lawsuit of female employees facing retaliation after reporting sexual harassment.
Skip Bayless - Faraji alleged that Bayless propositioned her for sex multiple times, including offering her $1.5 million to do so after she shared a cancer scare she experienced with him in hopes, she said, he would stop the inappropriate behavior out of pity. She also accused him of verbal harassment and inappropriate physical contact during haircuts.
“He would give her lingering hugs after each haircut, putting his body against her own, pressing against her breasts. He then began to kiss her on her cheeks,” the lawsuit states.
Bobby Diaz - also claimed she was "mocked" by Bobby Diaz (who puts the microphone on talent) on May 10, 2019, for her pronunciation of English words, as well as being sexualized for the way she was eating fruit.
Joy Taylor - Faraji accused Taylor of mocking her accent and complaining about Faraji humming, which the lawsuit says is “an involuntary subconscious coping mechanism for (Faraji’s) diagnosed PTSD.” .....this is Joy's ACTUAL part in this...what she ALLEGELY did to Faraji that personally affected her directly. Thats it. Thats ALL that needed to said in the complaint. The toxic sexual workplace was ALREADY there and done by THREE MEN...

"Ms. Faraji felt very uncomfortable by his unsolicited touching and responded: 'No, thank you.' Mr. Dixon then moved his hand lower and started rubbing her body and grabbing her buttocks. Ms. Faraji was mortified but quickly thought to fake an incoming call to escape from the situation," it added.
Faraji alleged in the complaint that she was told to "get over it" by Taylor when she told her about the incident. Taylor was said to have claimed Dixon could take both their jobs away.

Strategically it's a gross miscalculation by FS1 and all involved. If someone is making career damaging allegations you gotta jump out in front of it and do damage control. Or least take authority of the situation and dispute or deny it. You can't let those kind of allegations fester, linger, grow and build in the internet social media space where it will create a life of it's own. The truth will no longer matter by then. The longer you take to say something whether the allegations are true or false, the stain of those allegations follow you professionally even when the smoke has cleared and died down. So when going forward if you happen to tune into "Speak For Yourself", when people are watching they are thinking more about the validation of her credentials, credibility and who she had to have sex to get where she is as oppose to whats going on in the sports world.
