I guess that's why parents were on our asses about vegetables and fruits
I can get in the over 2 miles a day and haven't missed but the working out has been inconsistent. I got light headed a few times but yesterday I did the core workout on Netflix again with no weights and I was OK.
I REALLY was not drinking enough water. I was surprised I thought I did until I actually kept count.
The diet been easier than I thought. I just don't have any of the bad food around.
Reading labels will REALLY f*ck your head up. I'm not even sure I understand everything on there but simple things like Trans fat, sugar, cholesterol, salt etc... yeah I really am surprised how many things I THOUGHT were good are not.
But stopping eating before 8 pm! Damn that is harder than I would have imagined.
Also sleeping more is a challenge.
Mom's in the hospital so I've been going from treatment, hospital, kids school, with travel and just A LOT of waiting rooms in between on my phone.
I think once I get her settled I can focus more. And my colonoscopy is soon I gotta diet for like 7 days to prep. I'm hoping that goes well. I'm actually nervous.

You can only do your best with all that's going on, all you can do is try but it sounds like you're making an effort and that counts more than you know!

It's crazy when you REALLY watch what you eat. I had no idea Flatbread was NOT a healthy alternative to just bread. Doritos will kill you. Bacon is basically death in stick form.
And we DO NOT DRINK ENOUGH WATER.

It's crazy period get a good night's sleep and weigh yourself before you go to sleep and then after you wake up and pee period you fucking lose weight sleeping.But but but but CANADIAN BACON is actually healthier!!!???
