All I remember was the 12 almonds dude was swole because he posted a pic of himself wearing nothing but some draws. I know that sounds 'off' but that's what he did. Then he posted his workout/meal plan and the 12 almonds fiasco unfolded.

At most I exercise 30 minutes tops a dat

And the eating is discipline just get better habits

If it were that easy then most college and pro teams wouldn't have such state of the art training facilities. There also wouldn't be such a striking difference between the body shapes of athletes and movie stars 50 years ago and today.

Don't get me wrong. A good body and regular exercise will still make make most look and feel incredible, but it takes more than that to be movie star incredible.

I think part of the problem is that ppl think if they work out just like M.B. Jordan, they'll look exactly like M. B. Jordan. But that's not necessarily the case. You may see results, but you can only become a better version of you. That's dictated by genetics, age and other factors. You will still have a peanut head, skinny legs and narrow shoulders. But a better version.

Don't follow this workout if you are stocky and want to cut. This is for thin to Medium frames wanting to gain muscle. Diets are not universal. The average person saying I need to get in shape,this is not for you. It fasting is a better way

They have deadlines. That's why they go on EXTREME diets and nutrition and other things and work triple time to get there because they need to have that type of body within 4 months or something SILLY like that.
WE don't have a deadline. We need to just make it a way of life

Eat clean 5 days a week. Work out correctly and efficiently. And you will see results. You have to stick with it though you can't do it for a year then don't for a year and talk about how come someone look like this and you don't cause you ain't putting in the work.
I posted some work outs in here that'll have you RIGHT if you do them daily. It doesn't take long to do them and they're effective as fuck.

Work SMARTER not HARDER is a real thing.

If you can't lose tons of weight eating right, intermittent fasting and doing body weight exercises you just supposed to be big and that's ok

I say 5 days a week for people because if they feel they gotta give it up every day they won't even try.
But not eating clean doesn't mean eating processed stuff either, doesn't mean fast food either.

Just means you can have dessert after a regular meal or something like that.

100% of the reason people fail at diets is because they feel it's a diet and not just the way they're going to eat from now on without even thinking about it.

Yea I feel you, I'm not one of those though. I don't like to take the caffeine pills and stuff. I feel funny after taking shit. I just do it the old fashioned way by actually going hard because of my mind and will to do it.
You lose weight through sweat and your breath so if you not actually taking the time to breathe properly and you're not working up a sweat you're not doing nothing.

I just came off of 35 days no meat. Felt great.

That and consistent workouts make it melt off.

Gotta track them calories though. My fitness pal has been great for me.

I always felt like we need both.
But I also feel like a complete meal is both so even as a young kid a meal is meat and vegetables not just vegetables and not just meat.

Most things if you eating cleanly really not gonna mess with your calorie intake as long as you don't drink your calories.
Juice, all of that especially has a ton of sugar in it. It's healthy sugars but sugar nonetheless.

Ever since I've started working out and eating healthy, if i get hungry now, a couple of spoonfuls of a meal is enough fill me up. I eat less portions now than i did before. Can't even eat an appetizer without getting full.

Ever since I've started working out and eating healthy, if i get hungry now, a couple of spoonfuls of a meal is enough fill me up. I eat less portions now than i did before. Can't even eat an appetizer without getting full.

That shit stinks.
I don't want to pig out but I don't want to be on can full of food status either

I'm at that balance I guess I'm not as disciplined as I once was but my version of not as discipline is like a scoop of 0 sugar butter pecan ice cream every once in a while
And home made potatoes wedges every once in a while

It was easier for me cause I always preferred cooking to fast food and I love vegetables anyway

All I had to do was give up soda really and Kool aid then I was good.
I quit Kool aid cold turkey years ago
I do get a sprite if Im out to eat fuck all that

And I do make a good burger every once in a while

i always try to get people to see it as easy and not a daunting task.
people have a tendency to give up if they think its too hard. i like to trick them into it just being normal and then they'll be too far into it to let it go
