I think part of the problem is that ppl think if they work out just like M.B. Jordan, they'll look exactly like M. B. Jordan. But that's not necessarily the case. You may see results, but you can only become a better version of you. That's dictated by genetics, age and other factors. You will still have a peanut head, skinny legs and narrow shoulders. But a better version.I still have my doubts.
If it were that easy then most college and pro teams wouldn't have such state of the art training facilities. There also wouldn't be such a striking difference between the body shapes of athletes and movie stars 50 years ago and today.
Don't get me wrong. A good body and regular exercise will still make make most look and feel incredible, but it takes more than that to be movie star incredible.

They have deadlines. That's why they go on EXTREME diets and nutrition and other things and work triple time to get there because they need to have that type of body within 4 months or something SILLY like that.

Eat clean 5 days a week. Work out correctly and efficiently. And you will see results. You have to stick with it though you can't do it for a year then don't for a year and talk about how come someone look like this and you don't cause you ain't putting in the work.
I posted some work outs in here that'll have you RIGHT if you do them daily. It doesn't take long to do them and they're effective as fuck.

That and consistent workouts make it melt off.

There was a time where i would be hungry and i would eat a full meal and be satisfied. Ever since I've started working out and eating healthy, if i get hungry now, a couple of spoonfuls of a meal is enough fill me up. I eat less portions now than i did before. Can't even eat an appetizer without getting full.Portions go a long way. Which is what I was talking about the 1st time about being satisfied after eating not being stuffed.
If you eat huge portions of anything, its going to be hard to work all that fuel off.

Most things if you eating cleanly really not gonna mess with your calorie intake as long as you don't drink your calories.

I meant watching what one eats helps, not the quitting meat thing. That's why I said my fitness pal helped. I did no meat really as a discipline exercise but I'm back on it now and it's fine.
Is just simple math, more out than in. Watching that caloric intake and burning lots of them shits is the simple yet effective equation
