I personally recommend bodyweight exercises over any and all lifting

You build muscle tho not as fast but most importantly you keep and extend flexibility and range of motion

I'm 5'11 3/4" and I ran d-1 track at that weight!!!!

I personally recommend bodyweight exercises over any and all lifting

You build muscle tho not as fast but most importantly you keep and extend flexibility and range of motion

It took me a while but I grudgingly accept this as truth.

Over the past 5 months I have done literally nothing but wall balls with a combination of tabata on a fan bike.

20 seconds fan bike sprint.
10 second rest.
8 times.

Then 20 wall balls with a 40 lbs medicine ball at a height of 10 feet within 60 seconds.

That's one set. Doing 10 sets.

Not only have I not lost any size or strength it has also leaned me out and sent my cardio through the roof.

I GRUDGINGLY say this because I was a die hard iron only dude until I stumbled into the light.

Full body every day?


Yes. It's full body exercise some work more parts than others but you're using it all

Like when you do plank crumches you're working your arms your back and legs while you're working on your abs

When you do leg raises you're working your legs and abs
When you're doing squats that's legs back and abs
Burpees is everything

You can't help but work out your full body

I ain't want to be brolic so I was the opposite of you lol. I was like nah I'm gonna get sculpted accept the muscle ill get because of it but just be leaner due to the cardio aspects

20lb dumb bells that's all the tension you need to send your body into a new level

I have 20lb dumb bells and do some squats or lunges with those? Do scissor kicks while holding them and tell me you need to max weight lol

Plus it helps you support yourself

Like pull ups and etc you'll see yourself doing crazy shit

Like I caught myself going from push ups to squats in one motion the other day and had to take a timeout like tf?? Have I been a ninja this entire time?

My collegiate athlete weight was from 195-205 and mind you I was playing football, running track, and rugby.

I'm 220 now.

At 210 you wouldn't be able to tell me NOTHING.

At 200 I'm getting on a stage in board shorts covered in tanning oil. :lol:


My goal is 210 buy mid June.

You can do that for sure

Shock your body tho and the weight will keep flying off
Don't let it get into maintenance mode until you ready to maintain

So just have him cut the leanest meats for you you saying?

Pushups will build those rotator cuffs, you talking to a man who's had 2 shoulder surgeries.

Working your upper back muscles help tremendously also, lat pullsdowns, rows, any pulling motions will help stabilize the shoulder. It took me a while to do a pull up again after my last shoulder surgery.

My shoulder is all fucked up... uncle Arthur done moved in too.

I need a solution because it's keeping.lr.fromhittong my goals

Food prep check, lost the free time tho... but she wakes me up with breakfast at 5 so o can be to gym by 6. When I get home she has all meals packed and ready to go.

I got no problem with the supermarket meat. It's not an issue. I like good deals on meat. That's why I go to the butcher.
I just got 120lbs of beef roast for $60
and then had them cut it into meal sized roasts and wrapped them for me so I just have to pull them out the deep freezer and do my thing.

Butcher's are happy you're there. And when you're a repeat customer they take care of you.
every single time and hook you up with shit that they wouldn't normally give out.
I got ground Bison meat for Bison burgers for the super low last time I went in there.

I dont do a wide grip during my pull ups cause that shit hurts my shoulder.

Do heavy deadlifts, that will get you over the hump to do real pullups.

cant do pull ups? try elevated rows, I taught my lady how to do a pull up with these



keep at it until you can get your feet elevated
