Full body every day?I do rotate tons of ab exercises
Thing is I don't train 1 thing I do full body
It ain't daunting
I personally recommend bodyweight exercises over any and all lifting
You build muscle tho not as fast but most importantly you keep and extend flexibility and range of motion

It took me a while but I grudgingly accept this as truth.
Over the past 5 months I have done literally nothing but wall balls with a combination of tabata on a fan bike.
20 seconds fan bike sprint.
10 second rest.
8 times.
Then 20 wall balls with a 40 lbs medicine ball at a height of 10 feet within 60 seconds.
That's one set. Doing 10 sets.
Not only have I not lost any size or strength it has also leaned me out and sent my cardio through the roof.
I GRUDGINGLY say this because I was a die hard iron only dude until I stumbled into the light.

Working your upper back muscles help tremendously also, lat pullsdowns, rows, any pulling motions will help stabilize the shoulder. It took me a while to do a pull up again after my last shoulder surgery.

I got no problem with the supermarket meat. It's not an issue. I like good deals on meat. That's why I go to the butcher.
I just got 120lbs of beef roast for $60
and then had them cut it into meal sized roasts and wrapped them for me so I just have to pull them out the deep freezer and do my thing.
