Is DJ Envy (aka Individual #1) a real estate scammer?

I never trusted Killer Mike. I told my boy years ago. He has all this info about Blacks succeeding then that Green Bank came out and it was scammy as fuck. The biggest red flag to me about Killer Mike is his weight. For someone so enlightened you'd think he would make his weight a priority.

That is my point. I remember a buddy was raving about it. I went to the website and you had to sign up to wait to be a member. Then when more stuff came out it was a bunch of stipulations. I haven't heard anything about it for a year or so.

I’m new to this thread and admittedly just browsed but I’m not seeing DJ Envy’s fault in this. He wasn’t profiting from Pina’s investors and it isn’t clear that he knew Pina was scamming. It is real easy to get fooled by fast talk and “easy money”.

I’m not a dj so I don’t know how much they get paid, but from what I got from him he was doing a dj gig damn near everyday of the week. That adds up plus doing like HBCU homecomings and other events. Not sure how much he was charging for those but I’m coming from the stand point the more you do the more you make.
$500 for 1 DJ gig is not a lot, but if you do 10 that’s 5,000.

Honestly for regular 9-5 folks yeah $10 million is a lot of money for a house, but in DC there are houses that go for that all the time. Down here in Charlotte I drive by houses at that price point or more going to the barber.
