Envy is knee-deep in this bullshit you could tell about all the videos that people came across over the last few days. IHeartRadio is going to have to cut ties with him very soon, especially if people keep including the radio station in their lawsuit.

This chick is very very good. She's breaking down legal statutes and explaining why him playing dumb with "intent to commit wire fraud" is not gonna fly. Also in legal proceedings Envy is listed as "Individual 1"
Shes breaking down reckless indifference and how he can't play dumb after 6 yrs of being in business with him. He can cooperate all he wants but the federal govt is not giving immunity or reducing sentences. This is federal as I've said multiple times not some local municipality. Fed does not lose. Like ever.

They took $500k properties and took money like ten times from people collecting $5m on one property that's worth $500k. They did that in multiple instances in Patterson.
If they cut ties to soon, I'd think that is an admission of guilt on some level. Unless they plan to settle, I don't see them doing that anytime soon. If this was just Envy alone, I think they would have already let him go. Unfortunately, they allowed Envy to bring Ceasar on their platform and I think they been officially named in one of the lawsuit. Not supporting Envy is a bad look and who is to say the final total will be 17 million.
Also and not to downplaying what happened to the victims but Envy isn't involved in a violent crime or something political/social justice related. Charlemagne was accused of rape or allowing others to rape a minor. That's a way bigger deal than what Envy is being accused of and he wasn't fired or pit on leave.

Envy is such a corny faggot! That's why they can't. Firing Envy is saying you agree that he was in someway responsible for the scam. Going to court is not about what really happened. It's more so about what you can convince the audience of. IHeart can't say they aren't responsible for their team members behavior on radio. If Envy goes down so does IHeart. You are better of keeping him around for appearances.
According to Star he didn't pay Envy anything in their settlement. The radio station did. It's similar with Envy. IHEART isn't getting off unless Envy gets off. Who cares about what social media thinks especially if I maybe on the hook financially. They likely have more information about what is going on and for now have chosen to support Envy.
They have money for issues like this. However, they still would like not to pay or reduce the overall amount. The charges are going to be there if Envy is fired or not. Like I said before, Envy hasn't been charged criminally yet. Unless that changes and maybe even if it does, Envy stays in that seat.

What she is saying also is that feds don't bargain with you for something like this. He's not snitching on some Mexican drug lord or something bringing in billions of dollars of drugs to America.

I'm confused about the possible payola charges. Payola is basically when an radio employee takes money to play music right? I would think even if Envy was paid by Ceasar or the Credit guy(?) that wouldn't be any different than a commercial or marketing. What stops Envy from saying the promotion was part of the seminar and unrelated to the Breakfast Club. He'd obviously need to prove it, but thats not impossible. Charlemagne use to have those lawyer commercials regularly. Is the issue possibly Envy was paid directly or it was not disclosed? Even openly stated that he and Ceasar were partners on some level, so it wasn't exactly a secret.
This was going for years. If it were potentially a payola issue, I'd think the station or the FCC(?) would have stepped in and fined them years ago.

2. allegedly Envy brought on at least one business (credit repair) in exchange for getting a 25% stake in the company
- and there are other allegations of "employees" of iHeart charging $10k to get a BC interview
imo A payola prosecution would most likely focus on everything else other than Cesar
Flip2Dao alone is clear securities fraud and false advertising that Envy is on the hook for as a corporate officer and pitch man
sometimes there needs to be a whistleblower or significantly bad media attention to get the Feds to start an investigation
