We can agree to disagree. Both sides could agree to the specifics as it relates to Trump's conviction. Obama and others don't have anything to do with this, so despite the Republicans intent, it's irrelevant to what's at hand. I'm speaking to the establishment of the rules and procedures related to the calling of witnesses. We know that most Republicans would have voted in favor regardless. The records of the facts matter.

This is where you have to count on the state charges sticking. Also, Dems have to be proactive regarding that 2024 possibility and they must inact requirments to run restrictions(if they have the votes) things such as full release of full taxes, can't run if you've been impeached etc. Further they have to do everthing in their power to obliterate voter suppression tactics.
