Yes, Forbes and Morrison finish second and third because Shelly never ran at the finals.
Forbes looks nervous as fuck on that 3rd leg. Watch the replay and look at the baton exchange between the USA on that leg.
They put two fast athletes to run the straight and 2 slower athletes to run the curves.
