I would be more upset with Kyries conditions for returning to work if it weren't in some grander karmic way that he's had something like this coming...not JUST the "antisemitism" shit but for much of his behavior and attitude and absence for games for the last 3 or 4 YEARS...

its like hey dude...for the MILLIONS youre being paid... are you going just do your job and play ball or what?? and thats not even a metaphor or euphemism either... is he literally GOING TO PLAY BALL OR WHAT???

If a list like that (sans the ADL stuff) had come up just based on his behavior and attitude these past 2 seasons....I don't think anyone would jumping to his defense.

I pointed out that putting Kyrie through that scrutiny was racially motivated and that it was rooted in anti-Blackness, but, again, you didn't care.

My point was Kyrie was receiving unfair treatment & he deserved reciprocity if a White person wasn't fined and didn't have meet with Black community leaders when they said something racist then why should Kyrie have do those six things that the Nets stipulated? It's pretty simple. Kyrie posted a link to documentary littered with antisemitic information. This is not up for debate and no need to argue this point. This was brought to his attention and he was given ample to time to rectify the situation. Instead he dug his heels in and buried himself in an unnecessary controversy.

Kyrie mistake was thinking he wouldn't have to answer to anyone. He fucked up by not answering the owners text. 99% of us can not just shrug off the person cutting our checks. Especially if you putting them in a position to lose money. And keep in mind he sent his step mom to meet with the ADL and skipped going himself. None that was gonna fly with management and ownership. So yes..that set his ass down and decided to make an example of him. If Kyrie is the martyr some you make him out to be. He would say fuck it and refuse to do any of it.

Theres's plenty of ways he could've gotten out of this. One would've been to remove the link a post a different source material. There is plenty of books and videos about the black Israelite movement without all the antisemitism. That shouldn't have been too hard, if he has in fact researched the topic as much as he wants us to believe.
