The CGI looks great as usual.

It does a good job of introducing you into the worlds and telling you the differences. It jumps about 300 or 400 years. You do care about the lead ape...but there are some pacing issues getting there.

You have to suspend belief a lot during this, but of course it's a movie about talking apes. It got sort of slow at times and it's not a lot of action.

Eagle clans a bunch of pussies and humans aren't shit

This was a solid to good movie, and this franchise has become one of the most consistent. It's more of a franchise starter movie.

Excellent spot on review. 6/10. Might as well have handed out looky lou camera phones, and watch someone get they're ass beat type shit, in some of the scenes. That clan was not about that life at all

Avengers 1 should be number one, a lot of people including myself were in disbelief when it came out because we never thought they could pull it off. It also held the box office record for almost ten years until the Spiderman No way home came out during the pandemic.
