That episode definitely made up for the last one. I don't understand where you guys are getting this idea that Jacob was/is bad and the guy who lies, manipulates and has a overall disdain for people is the good guy
What overall disdain for people? I haven't seen him attack anyone who hasn't attacked him. And remember you can't account for all the other smoke monster encounters. There were good and bad incidents with it. Plus the speculation that there could be multiple monsters. Did you not see all the names on the cave wall. There were mad names crossed out. If one were truly good why continue to bring people to the island to die and or possibly take your place. Flocke openly said he was once a man himself, he lost loved ones, he too is stuck on the island and desperately wants off. So you have to assume he may have been where Sawyer is now. And I wouldn't necessarily say Sawyer is evil. So for now I'll say Jacob and Flocke are on even keels. Cause you never know.
