PS5 also got it to where if you report someone for verbal harassment, they can actually pull the gamer's audio file and validate it for hate speech.
Granted, that means PS5 will always be recording what you say on your mic, but most of these technical devices and apps do that anyway.

They were on the fence about buying a console, and this was the push they needed.
