Sony plans to sell 7.6 million PS5s by March 2021:

Hardware sales of the new console are likely to contribute “a small minus” to Sony’s bottom line over its first few months, the CFO added, confirming expectations that it will be a loss leader to begin with.

“Sony will spend a lot of money to deliver many units of the PlayStation 5 to the U.S., probably by air,” said Ace Research Institute analyst Hideki Yasuda. “The hardware would be sold at a slight loss as well.”

So worse case scenario, if you don't get one this year, you should be able to get one by March.

Am I the only person who never cared for vibrating controllers? I get that these are supposed help with creating a immersion environment, but I always got annoyed with it during game play and the sound from the vibrating.
That’s the point
this isn’t your normal rumble
let’s wait and see what the bgol experts say

It never is normal lls. I couldn't get a pre-order so I probably won't find out any time soon, but I'm more than 50% sure it's just another useless gimmick.i get the idea but I would only find it useful in a really good VR experience.

I know the controllers themselves aren't necessarily considered an add on but add ons normally don't get used for long if at all.
I have four motion controllers and a VR headset collecting dust. The only game add on thats been used regularly that i can think of off the top of my head was the Nintendo gun used for duck hunter. Even then, what other games used the gun that were popular? I don't even think the canon for the super Nintendo was very popular and I don't even want to mention the useless power glove.

So you speak for everyone now? Exactly what do the people like about vibrating that normally doesn't add any value to the game.
Your pretty much the 1st person that I've seen it bothers like that. It adds plenty of value to a game in a variety of ways. Not getting into it but if you don't like it that's your right. Most people don't mind it and enjoy it. :dunno:

You can only speak for yourself and you don't even care enough to explain how it adds value for you.

On the opposite end just like you I know others who don't find value in it and turn it off whenever they can. The difference being im not claiming its most people.

Every time there is a new system, gaming companies try to sale people on some new or upgraded tech that they claim is going to be widely used by software developers and loved by gamers. In my opinion the dualsense will likely be another overhyped product/function similar to the pad on the PS4 controllers.

It can be ridiculous in some games yes but overall I enjoy it. As long as you can set the amount of vibration I'm good to go. But if the Dualsense is as cool as people say it is then I hope that 3rd party developers actually use it. And not just make it an afterthought like the Dualshock 4 features.

Explain how anyone would easily play games without a controller? Ive already made it clear i turn off the function whenever possible.Don't say dumbshit just to be talking.

The only thing you need to say is why you like the function overall or give a clear example. If you don't care to do so, there is no need to respond. You're sounding like a hurt fanboy over a controller.

Probably will wait for a controller. Picking up an Ultimate version of Miles just to make sure I have it. Will get PS5 probably by February so I will possibly have some GameStop points to use on an extra controller by then.
