My ps5 will be here on the 12th and my X will be here on the 10th .
Can't use expandable SSD's at launch Sony confirmed. Sometime in the near future. There working that out. In the meantime the best thing to do is to store your PS5 games on an external HDD for additional space. Now you can't run them from the HDD because of the speed needed to play PS5 games so you'll need to transfer it to the PS5. So the HDD will serve as a storage hub for now so to speak until Sony approves expandable SSD cards.

Pretty much Q. I can't defend this bullshit at all. This should have been handled by now and the SSD cards for expandable memory ready to roll out.

Nah, M$ is ready to go. They caught Sony flat-footed and forced their hand on price and release date.
They did do that, but they don't have any next gen games ready either. Upgrading current is cool (I'll play shit with the game pass), but some new shit would have been great at launch

Facts. On paper it makes sense for different reasons. But their wallets? Nah.
Hopefully the analogs and triggers feel a lot better than the DS4 did. Triggers sound like it when playing Miles based on reviews. But I won't be using the controller mic at all. I barely like listening to folks as is. And it seems to pick up everything.

From a gaming standpoint though both systems could have waited. Neither are hitting it out the park with opening lineups.
