About that last sentence.
That is how the game gets fucked up.
Maybe the neighbor has a nicer house.
New bathroom, finished basement. Updated plumbing, brand new AC units. Clean ducts,

People automatically want the price of someone else's house but put NO WORK into their house.

SMH!

none of that stuff makes a difference dude
renovations to the house do not make prices jump that much
thats why comps are based on what the neighboring house sells for

Right. I know what comps are based on.
My point is people are buying shit houses.
When the comps drop they get fucked.
They don't want to pay the mortgage on a shit house.
If home value was based on the actual value of the specific home.... then there would not be a bubble.

That is my point.

Anyways yall carry on. Sense has nothing to do with the housing market.

I watch this home inspector on YouTube and TikTok he finds all kind of shit wrong in these newly built houses. Basically it cost 70k to 80k to build these house cause they are already pre-made it's just putting a puzzle together and they still fuck that up, the 10k for the land depending on location. Then they jack the prices up to 300k on the low end 750k+ on the high end.

Do you happen to know the name of the youtube channel?

I Work More Than 40 Hours A Week And I’m Homeless In The Cheapest City In America - Huntsville, Alabama

When it’s this bad for Poor White folks in the South…You know there is a problem.

Sister doing the interview looks like she's fine. And I'll withhold a lot of harsh criticism but......being that we are still in Covid is a great opportunity to switch careers ie IT and computer disciplines or/and in-demand skills that'll start you off with 40-60k. I mean, why keep working yourself to the bone for a meanial skilled job and think folks are going to pay you big money in basically another recession? To those young teen moms, I understand a little better but I'd be in their asses too to let them know babies are fucking expensive man. Get up, get out and get something!

Living Rent Free In NYC
The Van Dwellings of New York City

We visit with Rob as he walks us thru Van Alley in Brooklyn, NY.

The high rent prices in NYC have been forcing many to move into DIY converted camper vans.
