Show is very well put together in my opinion
They took over the ship WAY too easily.
There are supposed to be ~400 people on a Constitution class ship, yet a handful of people that were gullible as hell and so weak that two of them couldn't take down nurse Chapel armed with only a hypospray, somehow managed to take the whole ship in minutes?

Yeah this didn’t even happen on TNG enterprise…. But if you have your guard down anything to happen to space. I still like the new Star Trek show though
To be fair though, it did happen in the TNG episode "Rascals". A handful of Ferengi took over a ship with 1,000 people. They must have all been in Ten Forward and the holodeck. Lol.
