Peeped him in that ChrisPine coast guard flick circa the 50s that's in the flick section playing the scared kitchen help.
Not the best role but it's a current look.

Him & them brits (police cpt on Arrow & the bruh part of Firestorm) are abt the same calibre to me acting wisem

I'll take this dude over Jax (Firestorm) all day. That dude's delivery of his lines on LoT is almost as bad as the writing on that show.

Somewhere in them getting their American accents down, they both to me fuck up delivery or tend to over act which always reminds me which network I happen to be watching in case I may have forgotten.
KidFlashWallyWest still has some potential.

SDCC: GRANT GUSTIN WEIGHS IN ON THE FLASH'S "JUSTICE LEAGUE" COSTUME

If anyone knows a little something about The Flash's costume, it's Grant Gustin, who's played the Fastest Man Alive since 2014 in his own CW series, as well as on "Arrow" and "Supergirl." So, after Warner Bros. debuted the first official image of the assembled Justice League, including Ezra Miller as the Scarlet Speedster, it's only natural the 26 year-old actor was asked his opinion about the new threads.

“Oh sick, I haven’t seen it," Gustin toldScreen Rant at Comic-Con International as he was handed a phone displaying the "Justice League" group shot. "They’re completely different. Yeah, I mean I was kind of expecting this. I heard it was going to be kind of like' Injustice.' [...] Yeah, that’s sick. Um… yeah, it’s sick."

Gustin added that he's glad the movie costume differs from his television version, "Because ours is like a street, vintage feel that I don’t think has been done in any other version of the character.”

Miller's costume is indeed different, perhaps more closely resembling paintball protective gear than Gustin's Flash outfit. It even has a codpiece, of sorts.

Kiersey Clemons Will Play Iris West in The Flash, Which’ll Be a Pretty Dope DopeReunion

25-kiersey-clemons.w529.h529.jpg

Diggy's moving up in the world. Kiersey Clemons has joined the cast of DC's Ezra Miller–ledFlash, where she'll play Iris West, a journalist and friend of Barry Allen (the Flash's alter ego). This marks a reunion between Clemons and director Rick Famuyiwa, as the pair worked together onDope. You might also know Clemons from her work in Extant, Transparent, or most recently, Neighbors 2 — so get on watching those if you haven't so you can feel superior to your friends after The Flash comes out. Candice Patton plays Iris in the CW's take on The Flash, but it's unlikely she and Clemons will ever meet up onscreen or anything, though we're already writing fanfiction about them getting coffee and dishing about their co-stars.

Superheroes rule the world on the CW, and at the network’s Television Critics Association panel Thursday, executive producers and creators ofLegends of Tomorrow, The Flash, Arrow, and Supergirl — including Andrew Kreisberg, Ali Adler, Wendy Mericle, Phil Klemmer, Marc Guggenheim and, of course, Greg Berlanti — were on hand to share details about what’s in store for their caped wonders this season. From those Batman-Batgirl rumors to Calista Flockhart's absence, here’s everything we learned.

There will be a Flash-Supergirl musical crossover episode.
“There will be a musical crossover; there will be a paired episode between Supergirl and Flash during the back half of the year,” said Berlanti. “Some of you know my personal love of musicals and actors who have been in them. We have a number of actors who can sing across all the shows and they will be making very exciting appearances during the back half of the year.”

Berlanti said the musical episode will mostly feature non-original songs and he’s taking requests via his Twitter account. The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow’s Victor Garber has already started pitching. Berlanti said that of all the time-traveling shows on right now his is the only one where Garber “will be singing 'Edelweiss' to a bunch of Nazis.”

A character on one of the shows will come out.
“One of the characters on one of the shows will be exploring their sexuality,” said Berlanti. He later added that “it is a significant character. We’re not trying to be coy about it. The only reason is that we really want the audience to enjoy the character developments and of that story line.”

The villains often get the most attention in the writers rooms.
“We spend sometimes more time talking about the villains than we do some of the heroes,” said Berlanti. “Obviously, they’re driving the plot a lot and that’s setting the tone. It’s reflective of what the hero is going through.”

Those rumors that producers were attempting to have Batman and Batgirl on their shows were false.
“That would be a neat trick if somebody could pull it off but it’s not happening,” said Andrew Kreisberg.

This is the final year for those Arrow flashbacks.
“We always said that Oliver had a five-year journey when he was marooned,” said Marc Guggenheim. “This year, Oliver spends his time in flashbacks in Russia. We know from various seeds we planted in the pilot that he knows how to speak Russian and he became a Bratva (Russian mafia) captain. The flashback story in the first half of the year is going to involve Oliver’s introduction into the Bratva.”

Oliver will get political in the new season of Arrow.
“We do think of this season as going back to our roots,” said Wendy Mericle. “When you come into the season, Oliver will still be out there fighting crime on his own, and he has also taken up the mantel of the city’s mayor. We’re going to be exploring him as a hero, both in a very traditional sense, and also as Green Arrow. We’re going to see a whole bunch of new recruits. The city’s going to have a new criminal, as well as a new vigilante inspired by him.” This vigilante is based on the version created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez for the comics and will appear in the seventh episode of the fifth season.

The Flash season three picks up with Barry stuck in Flashpoint.
“Last season, we saw Barry make the fateful decision to travel back in time and try to save his mother from the Reverse Flash,” said Kreisberg. “When he did so, he’s created an alternative timeline where his mother’s still alive that’s from a story from the comic books called Flashpoint. The Flash picks up with Barry living in this new version of events and having to deal with both the benefits that’s produced and also the costs.” Flashpoint will also affect the events in Arrow and, in some capacity, Legends of Tomorrow, said Kreisberg.

Calista Flockhart’s Cat is kind of gone from Supergirl. But she’s not forgotten.
“Part of what’s happening in the offices is addressing Cat’s absence and who is stepping up to the plate to take her place,” said Kreisberg. “Calista is such a large presence on the show and such an important one. Taking her out and watching people try to fill her role is definitely part of the story.”

Supergirl will become a family affair almost immediately in season two.
“In the premiere, a threat is going to arise that’s going to require Supergirl and Superman to team up,” said Kreisberg. Berlanti added that “we had always hoped to end last year with him. [But] we wanted to have enough of a year to establish Supergirl as her own character.”

The panelists confirmed that Chris Woods has joined the Supergirl cast as Monel, the mysterious figure in the pod that crashed into National City last season, and that Sharon Leal will be playing Miss Martian in the series.

Kevin Smith is coming back.
The superhero-obsessed director will direct episodes of Flash andSupergirl this season.

That Supergirl ice cream .gif was almost a lot hotter.
“That was actually supposed to be coffee,” said Kreisberg. “It was the director’s idea to make it ice cream and watching Melissa’s face … that was Melissa’s improv.”

UPDATED 8/11/2016

Remember this story from July 20? The one about Batwoman and Batman maybe joining "Supergirl" for its second season?

Well, it looks like Bleeding Cool's source was full of shit.

I just asked the producers of the CW's four Greg Berlanti DC Comics superhero shows, who were paneling this morning at a Beverly Hills TCA event, and they said its all bullshit;. They never asked Fox for permission to use Batman on Supergirl. Batwoman is not coming to Supergirl. No one even asked Fox for permission to use Batman.

So I gather the rest of last month's Bleeding Cool rumors are horseshit also. Ditch that source, Bleeding Cool! That source is NO BUENO!!

Also at the Aug. 11, 2016 panel:

* That Kryptonian capsule at the end of "Supergirl" last season will not contain Krypto or Superboy but rather Legion of Superheroes fixture Mon-El.

* Producers confirmed that the time-altering events of May's season finale of "Flash" will affect "Arrow" and "Legends of Tomorrow," but not "Supergirl" or Earth 2 or 3.

* 76-year-old Lance Henriksen will be playing the Justice Society's Obsidion (who in the comics is the son of the Frist Green Lantern, Alan Scott).

* Dolph Lundgren will appear in the Russia-set "Arrow" flashbacks this season.

* We have confirmation that the "Arrow" flashbacks are going away after this coming season.

* There will be a muscial crossover between "Flash" and "Supergirl" that "Godspell"/"Legends of Tomorrow" star Victor Garber may participate in. Unlike Buffy's "Once More With Feeling," the muscial episodes will feature mostly pre-existing songs.

* Shannon Leal wiill be joining "Supergirl" as Young Justice vet Miss Martian.

* "Legends of Tomorrow" only has a 13-episode order this season, but that could expand to 22.

A 'Major' DC TV Character Is Coming Out Of The Closet

afc1e3832748b02d3c4ed1a343fd63e3

The CW’s DC TV shows have a bunch of gay characters with the attitude that it’s simply no big deal. Curtis Holt, on Arrow, is not only openly gay, but married with a husband we’ve met several times, and who managed to survive the season he was introduced in, to boot. Still, not everybody can come out of the closet early on in life, and apparently, that will hold true for a member of the DC TV series’ ever-growing casts.

Specifically, at a TCA panel, executive producer Andrew Kriesberg stated that:

One of the characters on one of the shows is going to be exploring their sexuality, coming out. We’re very excited about that.

It’ll be an interesting decision, but while fan speculation is running wild on Twitter, we’ve got no idea who it’ll be at this point. For all we know, Joe West or Martin Stein have spent a lifetime trying to figure it all out and finally break through next season. But it’ll be a good touch for the show to add, not least because no matter which show it’s on, it’ll probably crowd out whatever relationship drama we chatter through on the liveblogs waiting for the good stuff to start. Really, what would you rather watch, Cisco coming to terms with his sexuality? Or Iris acting like a millennial straight out of a bad thinkpiece about those stupid kids and their unrealistic expectations in the workplace?
