It took me a minute to perfect. General rule of thumb, I drank water and tea with monk fruit sweetner until noon. I eat noon to 8pm. Drink water and tea until I go to bed.cool, I been fucking my fast up

I drank and ate the whole time smh. Im on hour 21 of a 48 hour fast to clear myself out from that vacation. Gonna do a light workout in a few.

The lowest I got was i think 192, I didn’t like that weight so went back up to 210. I fall off sometimes and gain weight but I’ve never gotten over 218 pounds in the 3 years I’ve been doing IF
