I saw in some article about the Walking Dead they were saying only like 19 days have passed since Glen and Abraham got killed
I read somewhere it was around 2-3 months since Glen and Abraham's demise. Which would be a tad bit more believable.

One thing I can't understand about the show is the lack of tech.
In 8 seasons we've only seen a computer/cel phone used in these contexts
1 CDC research
2 Video Games
3 Making a dubstep mix CD
4 2 Preloaded Ipods (Rick's and Sasha's)
Granted, the show takes place around 2010. Also, without internet or functional GPS there's limits to what you can do. However,
Deanna could still have easily taken her intro movies with a webcam.
Characters could be using smartphone flashlights and cameras that recharge in their car's cigarette lighters.
Eugene and Mamet could have been using computers for their scientific research (somehow neither had as much as a calculator)
Georgie printing out her "Keys to the Future" rather than typing it out by hand
Records and inventory kept on multiple flash drives
Medical knowledge kept on multiple flash drives
and so forth...
With most Americans owning one or more computers/phones these devices would have been easy to get ahold of. There is also no shortage of tech savvy characters. In particular, Negan and Rick would have had to know how to use computers as a part of their former jobs.
So why don't we see them used?
