^^I think they fucked it up last night. They gave ery'body a match in that big ass brawl but they ain't give Lethal a match with Ric Flair that would have set his shit off nicely
why in the hell is Ric Flair still wrestling ???? what more does he have to prove ???? WWE gave him the perfect sendoff but yet here he is in TNA still getting busted open coming down the ring in a wheelchair and shit. At some point someone needs to step up and stop him from wrestling for his own good before something tragic happens to his ass.
That was so fucked up how they did him. The guy was the highlight of the whole, horrible show and he only made that one appearance.
Flair still "wrestles" because they keep putting him in the ring and he still wants to. I hardly think if no one asked him to wrestle but still paid him to be a manager (for AJ or anyone), he would be fine with it.
After that 0.5 from last week, I'm hoping that's the last of Ric Flair in the ring.

Nah, Chuck has a good sense of humor. He's probably all for it. Chuck D, being his friend, doesn't judge him nearly as harshly as some in the public.
Honestly it never really got started, Tna realized they can't compete with vince so they went back to thursdays. It was different when you had billionaire Ted writing blank checks because he could steal actual talent. TNA keeps getting wwe's knuckleheads, i mean rvd proclaming his love for pot in a promo c'mon son
TNA could "compete". Maybe not get the same or even half the ratings, but 1/4 showed that the audience was there. With minimal non-Impact promotion, TNA got a 1.6 and the WWF got a 3.5ish. So there's 5 million people who wanna watch wrestling.
They should've IMMEDIATELY had a show the next Monday. Second, the shoulda been 8-10 from the beginning.

they fucking up bad at TNA pushing these old cats!!! This is not what they are supposed to be doing. Its over for Hall and Nash, the Outsiders were over a decade ago, Scott Hall is too unpredictable and Nash can blow out a knee taking a shit. Its going to be a wrap for TNA soon if this doesn't stop
I completely agree but I'll give this a couple weeks to see how it plays. If they start squashing the Machine Guns and Generation Me, I'll be pissed. Plus this hurts the Matt Morgan "we" gimmick and I was hoping he'd stay tag champion until they brought back Hernandez and reformed LAX.
TNA seems to book by the week and that's bad for business.

Solie's the king and Ross (UWF/NWA/WCW) is right behind him. But the best regular team I've ever heard Tony Schiavone and Jesse Ventura. They had a chemistry that I don't think either of them had with other partners. I know Ventura and Monsoon are supposed to be great but they never did it for me because Monsoon was so pro face that Ventura had to be hard pro heel. With Schiavone, Ventura got to be more like a guy who's been in the ring, similar to Taz except with a heel bent.
But Ross and Gordon working the Clash of the Champions IX was like listen to "real" sports commentary.

Kong's a big ole girl but she's a great wrestler and, as it turns out, a very sweet woman. From her very recent interviews, she's enjoying a lighter schedule and making plenty of money while letting her body heal from years of hard wrestling in Japan.
Hope she gets a job back with TNA or WWE if they use her right.

It was rumored that Batista was going to leave the WWE sometime after Wrestlemania, so he's probably gone for real.
I was just starting to enjoy the heel version of his character. Well, he's in his 40's and I do recall him saying he's ready to retire.

You can tell Rikishi's sons are raw with the mic. I dont' think they were suppose to even be on the main roster until Carlito fucked up right? He was using different types of kicks and shining wizards for a while but I'll take his using Shelton Benjamin's move. That leg-around-the-neck neckbreaker looks bad and should never be used again. But with them pushing R-Truth and Kofi Kingston, I don't expect them to do much with MVP. There's only room for so many Black superstars.
They are another prime example of why managers are needed back in wrestling. Fatu and Samu were much more interesting and more impressive when they had Paul E talking for them in WCW and Buddy Roberts in Texas.

Undertaker looks to be out for Fatal Four Way. Rey Mysterio broke his nose in their match last week. Damn Taker, dude is breaking down. Add his injury to Randy Orton's separated shoulder (dude is made of glass), Batista's hurt back, Cena getting his tooth knocked out at the ppv, Rey's knee that's needed surgery since the end of last year, CM Punk's 13 staples to his head and Ted Dibiase's concussion.

There's room is just that the E doesn't seem to ever want to push too many black superstars. I swear that Vince thinks that fans are idiots(just look at his name changes for Gregory Helms and Lance Cade as examples) and easily confused which probably is part of his excuse.
There have only been about 2 legit managers in wrestling the last 2 or 3 years with them being Larry Sweeney and James Mitchell.Sweeney had some issues to deal with and Mitchell fits mostly with certain personalities like that of a Kane
Between Taker and Punk Rey has been fucking people up. And with his knee history he needs to get his surgery taken care of. And all Orton's injuries have been arm related and Batista was/is 1 more tricep tear away from retirement anyway.
