They're max base salary (non OT) is $39/hr X 2080 base hrs a year = $81K.
These dudes can clear $100k with OT easily..... and now they want 77% more.....
Which is fine, but these corporations aren't cutting C suite pay and bonuses...... (they need to) so to offset these demands automation and layoffs will be occurring......
There is too much greed from the top of our economy that gets confused for inflation or greed from workers at the bottom.
The pay gap between regular workers and CEOs is the highest it's every been. At one point having a CEO make 75X the average workers was considered unheard of...... as we stand today (2023 figures) we're at 196X up from 181X in 2022...... that is wild!!
