Escalating to deadly physical force means "matching" that force of the subject i.e.: knife, bat, gun, bomb..
If no weapon is visible in the subjects had and the subject is not complying then you use OC Spray or baton... Not immediately go for your fuckin gun..
Man if anything the husband indirectly just implicated his wife in a murder where he provided an Arial live view of the shooting which investigators will compare that footage to the dashcam footage and her statements of the brotha reaching in the car..

The cops stated that they feared for their life. Debatable, but let's roll with that narrative for the sake of argument.
Using a Taser, which is a bit much in that instance but let's stay with the narrative that they were afraid. If this was the case why were shots fired as soon as the taser was deployed?
See this leads me to believe they intentionally killed him. This was no accident or them being afraid.

Just saw her attorney on MSNBC now she is saying that he was reaching toward his pocket at least 5 times which indicates that he might have a weapon.
He said she is a trained Drug Specialist since 2014 and she determined (within the 2 mins of interaction) that he was high on PCP and she felt scared for her life.

Looking at the helicopter video, it looks like for at least 7 seconds, he put at least his right hand down towards the door handle of the SUV but I may be wrong.

He was looking for his keys to open the door to show the cop what the problem was with his car....He probably didnt think of himself was a suspect but the cops reaction with gun made him put his hands up and he probably wanted show her what the issue was.
