Would you pay $900,000 for this 14K Square Foot Mansion in Lithonia, GA?

No I wouldn't, that joint a fixer upper.

For $900K I would get something practically brand new even if the square footage is slightly smaller.

YEP!! I know that mug needs a new roof by now. You can see the spots in the ceilings where leaks were repaired. I'm seeing baseboards and doorframes that need to be replaced. Lotta water damage, which makes sense seeing that the house is at the bottom of a hill. Carpet needs to be replaced. Honestly I would redo the kitchens. Lotta work needs to be done.

If I had a family and the cash Hell Yeah! Could even use it as a future investment. But at 900K I want to know what's wrong with it. It appears to be worth far more.

Would make a few adjustments for my personal needs and I'd be good.
This, I was about to say the same thing. If a person has the money $900k Is a steal. I live right next to that house. That area use to be high end but after Hurricane Katrina they allowed section 8 homes in the surrounding area.

Then you have niggas who can’t do simple yard work or keep their house pressure washed once a year

That's a lot of house for 900K, so there has to be a catch. Apparently the catch is that within Georgia more than 82% of the communities have a lower crime rate than Lithonia. And with a population of only 2,352 Lithonia has a combined rate of violent and property crime that is very high compared to other places of similar population size so it's no wonder no one wants to buy the bitch despite price wise it's a steal.

Damn I knew there had to be a catch

Is it that bad there? Like 10 years ago I heard it was a good spot for Black people with money
Depends on what side of Lithonia. That place is on the line between good and bad. Go east toward a city called Conyers is good. Go west towards chapel hill and Panola it is bad.

Where that house is located, if you came out the sub division and made a left and headed towards Panola rd you will his the bad side. Maker a right out the subdivision heading towards Conyers or 138, it is the good side
