I agree with that. And the fact of the matter is, there's always gonna be those that slip through the cracks. People who you know ain't right in the head but the signs get ignored for 1 reason or another until it's too late

And right on queue with the AR15 blame. Same shit could've been done with a Glock, 1911, and various other firearms. As an alleged gun owner, he should better than to act like an AR15 is any different from any other rifle but it's more likely that he's pandering to his constituents.

Facts. And to most of these uninformed people, they'd think the AR in this image was dangerous too not realizing that it's chambered in 22lr. A very weak caliber typically used for small varmint like rabbits and squirrels.

Can they kill a person? Yes but shot placement would be key. When politicians lump all ARs into the same category it shows a lack of firearm knowledge on their part

AR15s are rifles and as such do not require a license. You have to get a background check like you would for any long gun but don't need any additional paperwork to purchase them

There is nothing you can do about this. Do they even have silent alarms or panic buttons in each classroom? The security at schools are pretty lax making them easy targets.

The feeble minded are ruthless when they mess with other people, juicing them up. I blame them, no kid wants to kill 20 people for no reason, somebody worked him over.
