I went back and watched Bash at Berlin!!..It was ok, nothing to go wild about this week!!..I guess they still got that hangover jet lag from traveling to Germany!!..lol...This week show was a show to set matches for the WWE Bad Blood!!..I wonder what type of vibe Punk is going to be on now that's he's done with Drew!!..That match with Cody and Kevin Owens to open the show before the women's tag title match that match was cool...A Steel cage match at Bad Blood with them would be crazy!!...The matches on this PPV show was ehh!!...Rhea was looking good in what black outfit she was wearing!!.. 
....The last match with Gunther vs Orton was alright!!....At the end, I kinda knew that Gunther was prob going to be the wrestler that wins the main event at the ppv!!..The next ppv is going to be in Atlanta. so you know what's the deal on that!!..lol

Bash at Berlin was a fun and entertaining show. WWE has been hitting it out of the park this year with their PPVs.

- The opening match with Cody vs Owens was phenomenal. Yes, we knew Owens wasn't going to win but I was so invested in it. Was waiting for Owens heel turn that didn't come.
- The women's tag match was great. All the ladies did a good job but Cargill looked so much more comfortable than she has in the past. Nice to see Bianca and Jade get the win.
- Priest and Rhea vs Dom and Liv....worst match of the night. Not that it was bad, I just never cared for mixed tag matches. Rhea is sexy as fuck so I had my eyes on the screen during the entire match.
- Punk vs Drew.....I have never really been a fan of these strap match stipulations but this was fun and I loved the finish. Very entertaining match and surprisingly hard hitting. Curious on where Drew goes from here but I can watch these two battle it out for the rest of the year.
- Orton vs Gunther. Perfect bookend to this awesome show. This was a dope ass match and like the opening match, although we all knew Gunther was winning, I was invested through the entire match. The storytelling, the crowd involvement, the atmosphere....
It was crazy to see him put that answer together in real time. Cody was moving like Neo in the Matrix.

Her in-ring has become so fluid and crisp! Kudos to her for putting in the work. She can tone down the thigh slapping a tad but she's the second best worker In ROH behind Athena. She definitely should get more opportunities on AEW TV.
This match was good!!...All the ladies in this match put on a show!!...I hope TK will now put Queen Aminata on the AEW active roster!!..You see how the fans reacts to her when she's on AEW!!...I told ya'll that this lady is nice and can wrestle!!....

My quick Bash in Berlin thoughts
- Opening the show KO/Cody killed the momentum for that match for me. I didn’t think KO was winning in the first place, but no way were they kicking off the show with a Cody lose. I’d love to see Kofi go true heel, break up the New Day, then go after KO.
- Unpopular opinion maybe, but I actually like Frye & Dawn. The titles should be Jade & Banica, but I hope Frye & Dawn don’t just disappear from TV again for 4 months.
- I’ve never cared about the Punk/Drew stuff and I just hope it’s over now. Their match was fine and both guys should go do other things now and keep the other guy’s name out their mouths for a while.
- Apparently, the Terror Twins …. (hold on)
- Anyway, the Terror Twins apparently got custody of the color purple during the Judgement Day divorce. The black and white color scheme makes them look like the lesser black/white NWO at the time when the red/black NWO was at the top of the card and clearly better in every way.
- Gunther/Randy was a great match and went the right way. Gunther don’t put on bad matches and I can’t wait to see who else he adds to the list during this title run. I didn’t even mind Samantha getting interrupted during the introduction. If you’re going to do it, do it in Germany Just don't make it a habit

If WWE is going to keep doing international shows, they've got to let go of the old mindset of controlling crowds. It's criminal that we never got a 360 shot of the arena wave. They did their best to move the camera angles around so you wouldn't notice it on tv.
Why not just show it. Hell, use a drone like they did during Mania and really show us the crowd going crazy. All the new camera tricks like extended backstage and tunnel entrances have been gold so far. Give us more!

Gunther In Germany is the obvious main event, I would have had Cody and KO right before that but it worked with the crowd and most of the audience at home so who am I to say otherwise.
The other show has bigger problems then where they put their championship matches lol
Not discounting the "other" problems. We just had about two pages of back and forth about putting your top belt as the opener is a bad practice. I said WWE has done this before, but folks want to act like I am just making it up. On top of opening you had the women's tag titles after it. And I am not just talking about BGOL but wrestling fans as a whole. When AEW did the same thing it was how shytty the company is being ran.
Just curious, but how do you know it worked here in the States? Are you going based on the same fans that say WWE/AEW can do nothing wrong? You seemed to have quite a bit to say when AEW did it.
Also noticing this or lack there of on those WWE Reddit pages. How weak the title opening the show, but praised the Cody/KO match BEFORE the women's tag titles.

Fans in the arena weren't deflated after the first match and neither was the Internet community which is all we can go off, obviously I can't poll every fan offline lol also WWE seems to have no problems selling out their weekly arenas and ples so obviously whatever they're doing is working. Like I said I wouldn't have personally opened with Cody vs ko but It worked for those in attendance and I don't really see too many people complaining online either.
my problems with aew have more to do with them booking matches poorly, having no stakes in their matches and no story that is even remotely memorable(when your best story is Toni storm vs Mariah you're scraping the bottom of the barrel) Also the style of wrestling which is closer to a gymnastics routine vs a fight is just not for me and obviously it's not for most people since the attendance and ratings are abismal. It's a shame because they have talented wrestlers who are suffering because Tony Khan wants to be the booker and not hire anyone who knows that they're doing.
You really can't blame the ratings on Tony Khan! Going up against the powerhouse of C-SPAN replayed episodes isn't fair and then the cocaine that he does while booking doesn't give him the magical powers that his dealer said it would.
Gymnastic routine vs a fight??? You don't watch wrestling for its fighting prowess! Otherwise you'd see a lot more of this in the streets!

Yep! Remember they had Rhea main event against Nia Jax in Australia earlier this year. Cody may hold the top belt but there was ZERO chance they would have him main event in Germany with Gunther holding the world title.
