OK just finished watching it. I enjoyed it, the family dynamics were good. What they did to Taskmaster sucked since he's such a great character that could be used over and over again.
In the comics Taskmaster truly is out for himself. Sometimes he killing people for bad guys other times he's training SHIELD soldiers.
Anyway it will be interesting if they continue to use the younger sister. You can see they're working on creating a Dark Avengers storyline.

What was Taskmaster about, or what did he do, in the comics?
I thought the initial fight scene between her and her sister was well done. Reminded me of the first Bourne movie. The first Taskmaster fight and the car chase scene were good. The training scenes of the other Widows and the fight against the whole crew of Widows could have been longer and better. CGI was horrible in the third act.
This is the first marvel dud in a while. This and Loki is shit too.

The plot should have been Black Widow hiding from Ross AND stopping the Red Room.
Shield should have been on her trial the whole time and then helped her stop Red Room.
Then they would go to arrest her and she would escape.

The scene were he finds out his mother dies and he destroys the inside of his cell was amazing.
Then he fakes how he appears to Thor and Thor see through it and you see the real depressed Loki in the cell.
Age of Ultron foreshadows Infinity War and Endgame. Wakanda is mentioned. Introduces Klaw.
Wandavision is a well acted Marvel of a tv series. If you can't respect the performances, introductions and twists you aren't a Marvel fan.
Go watch the Flash and Legends of Tomorrow then. Tell me how wonderful that shit is.

Why is it people aren't a ________ fan whenever they disapprove of something. Your right in part, I'm not just a marvel fan I'm a fan of comics in general. My allegiance isn't to no company.
You told me a bunch of what happened in said films, but your not addressing what made them garbage. The pacing, the whack ass comedy, it being filler at best.
And don't get me started on wandavision. That show didn't need to exist let alone have 10 episodes
Dark World cohldve been better. I didnt like the cinematography in Asgard was too dark. On the plus side they spend most of the movie in regard. The fight between Thor and malakith was aDisappointment which is a problemw with most mcu villians. They are mostly forgettable . the only good mcu. Williams were thanos and the black order, ego the living planet, Loki, kilmonger, ultron , hela, vulture and mysterio. Honerable mentions go to iron monger red skull crossbones and winter soldier.
In the Dark World the story was about Thor, Loki and their family and Thano's plan. You were watching for the villain that is why you missed out on a great movie. Smh.

Co-sign on Thor:The Dark World and Age of Ultron. I liked Thor for my own personal reasons despite its faults but Age of Ultron was fantastic a lotta folks thought it was incomplete but failed to realize it was setting up so many stories. Many have gone back to watch it to find it was better than they remembered and who could forget the fight between Hulk and Hulk-Buster Iron Man?

Taskmaster is a 3rd or 4th rate baddie at best (magneto Dr. Doom 1st rate, Dr octopus 2nd rate for purpose of example.)
Taskmaster was literally created to be a multi use villian for different heros as needed for the story.
IMO no big deal how they used him in the movie.
