Riley ran that team into the ground then gave it to Spo. This was after firing Van Gundy (the Shaq years) but having him lie and say that he was leaving for "Family "Reasons". Riley was disrespecting Shaq in practice to the point that Shaq got into in with him and Zo had to step between them. Shipped Shaq off to Phoenix , kept running two hour practices, Wade staying injured maybe as a result. 15 win season.
