I damn near turned my tv off after that shit.
More than half of this season so far has been a waste of time.

I missed about 15 mins of it, last part I seen was Flocke chasing Sun in the jungle, then commercial 15 mins later I see Sun speaking Korean and i'm like...wtf? bitch got the English knocked out of her! She can understand it and write it but can't speak it...? Guess it explained why Jin was in the walk in fridge...Sayid goin str8 commando hiding under docks n shit Desmond looked at him like "??? this nigga here..." Only funny thing about the episode is when Miles mentioned something about Hurley like "only way he'll find him is if you slap some bacon on him" not exactly the quote but I was rollin! Lapidus was like "hey!!! don't mention bacon!" Fat fuck has been doing the show for 6 seasons and looks like he gained weight!

I loved the show up until this season. But i gotta agree, this season is ass. The entire parellel storyline was a bad idea and waste of time. The story would have been better served focusing on the secrets of the island and purpose of the characters. Obviously, well i assume, things will get better as the conclusion nears but i just dont like the concept and find it boring, slow and drawn out as fuck. Last nights episode could have been told in 20minutes. Far too much fluff in this season.

you dont remember the russian from previous seasons. he had the patch on his eye. he threw the bomb that killed charlie. in the alt timeline, he was shot in his eye. so either way, he loses the eye.
but the thing about the alt timeline, how far back did they go? we see ben as an adult with his dad, but on the island, he killed his dad when he was a child. its getting confusing. I think there were only really 2 good episodes this season.
another thing i didnt understand, sawyer is a cop. when he got off the plane, he saw kate in cuffs with no guard around, why didnt he do something. instead, he let her get away.
Well the Atl timeline would have to go back as far as the year when bomb exploded...

OK. Thanks Tim. Didnt make the connection with the guy who killed Charlie. But we already knew that the alt timeline serves to show us that their lifes would still cross and certain aspects and experiences would have taken place regardless. Nothing new from that perspective.
Ben: Since he and his dad never went to the island their entire relationship changed, was never strained and/or compromised to that breaking point. There are also some differences in the alt timeline that would account for some of the changes in the characters lives (Hurleys goodluck, Sawyer a cop, Sayids situation, Jin not married, etc.).
As for Sawyer, maybe thats the writters way of showing you that even though he's a cop he's still Sawyer.
Any predictions for next week? I think its pretty obvious its gonna be a Desmond centric... I wonder why Widmore and his crew call him "The Package"...
He seems to be the only one not bound to the Island like the others are. He made flight 815 crash and he stopped the "meltdown" the second time. Going by what the preview said, it seems he might have to sacrifice himself or something like that to save or not save the Island...i'm just guessing. Obviously he was brought there against his will because he vowed never to go to the Island again...but when Farady talked to him in the past he might've changed something telling him what he needed to do if he ever went back...who knows, just gotta wail until next week
