Fact remains the ignore function works great. C'mon man, it's the total ignore @Rocky_Miava , rallied for more than a decade ago. And we have now had that option for a couple years. Put them on ignore and they disappear. The first link below has some answers for why some people feed trolls. The second link gives a little more info on experiencing the ignore option.

Banning MAGA trolls would amount to "censorship lite as adults do not need protection from unpopular PsOV. Their ability to think for themselves and process info based on their own beliefs is all the protection that they need. BS info is not absorbed but discarded accordingly. For example -- if the Trump trolls contend "that Sen Tim Scott was NOT chosen as VP because he is single" -- any cerebral person knows that Trump had absolutely -- NO-NONE-ZILCH-ZERO -- intention of ever choosing a Black man to be "one-heartbeat away" from the Presidency. Trump is a racist who only tolerates Blacks -- doesn't have a genuine like for them. Trump's Cabinet meetings looked like all-white Citizens Council/KKK rallies -- except for one lone "spook who sat by the door" -- Dr. Carson. Let the Trump trolls "brang it!"

Probably one of the most asinine posts I have ever seen. It just illustrates the lack of maturity some of us have. If a person can't deal with the fact that not everyone shares their beliefs and needs to censor those that don't share those beliefs than they probably shouldn't be a member here period.
