If you go to the point of that video that I mentioned and slowly scrub between that time stamp I mentioned and the pig shooting you can see her pick up the pot and it looks like she attempts to throw it at the dirty pig, more than likely as she was terrified by the cac pig drawing his weapon and yelling at her while quickly approaching with no reason, I think it was just a fight or flight response that the pig triggered on purpose so he could shoot her.

I still think he should be charged but as mentioned in the post he's being overcharged on purpose.

Not sure if you've seen both angles but she puts both her hands up, pot is still on the stove and he shoots her.

Because with cops they play games to get them off. I don’t know if they can prove 1st degree murder. 2nd degree they should be able to prove that easily! That’s why I like that post. And the the video I can’t bro. I know it’s heartbreaking and I just can’t see these images anymore! It has to stop and it has to stop now!!!
