Also in the game they never explained why Ellie is immune. She just is. Nice lil explanation there in the beginning

The fact that the Fireflies didn’t give her a choice says a lot about their morality.
They were going to kill her based on a theory. No concrete proof.
She probably would’ve went through with it because she wanted her life to mean something.

An entertaining and good season ender and I liked the question the episode introduced but the ending definitely felt abrupt . I thought we would get a 90 minute episode. I think I'm going to go ahead and watch how part 2 of the game plays out.

Considering it’s a one in a million chance that there is a immune human and there may be a cure, I get that you may have to go for it without consent.
But the fact that Marlene was so fly with Ellie’s mom and the promise she made her, I would think she may have given Ellie that choice.
But I get it. From all angles I get the motivations for the characters, which is a testament to the writing

You're more likely to see gay shit or a trans person on a show then you will a black person. Or, they'll try to put a feminized black gay man on the show.
