Mocking the fact that you don't realize how ridiculous and stupid the statement they weren't raped is
Because they weren't raped. They weren't forced to do anything. They were not made to feel threatened if they didn't perform some sort of sexual act

Watson might have pulled his junk on them, but it was up to them what they did at that point.

You are Captain Save a Hoe for a bunch of prostitutes that were 100% approached by attorneys for the The Texans to conjure up some lame charges to make Watson look bad. They wanted to ruin his career and make him untradeable.

THERE WAS NO FUCKING RAPE!!!!! FOH!

Fam I get what you are saying about the NFL world. But the judge could have simply stated he made the NFL, his employer, look bad by his actions or behaviors. She didn’t have to say he essentially was guilty of “sexually assaulting “ 4 women. That’s what I mean. That’s not nfl rules that she is saying. And I’m saying if she is finding him guilty of “sexually assaulting “ women; why didn’t the grand juries find the same? Doesn’t add up. Violating the nfl conduct policy and sexually assaulting women are not the same, feel me. They go hand and hand yes, but are not the same…

Are you sure you get what I'm saying? "Sexually Assaulting" women under the NFL's personal conduct policy could be your dick getting hard while being massaged by a woman? It could be that ridiculous, peep it from a lawyer.

So I guess the question is what is really "sexually assaulting " under the NFL personal conduct policy...

Nobody said they were raped and that wasn't the charge dumb ass

You think that the Texans went across the country finding women to disparage a player they traded anyway? Yeah, there wouldn't be bread crumbs left behind from that.

No, dummy, they knew about the shit for years....and were like how dare your weirdo ass try to leave us when we've been covering up shit for you and keeping it secret. That's why the women are also suing them dummy.

I swear some of you are fuckin retarded.

My question is what if the backup for the Browns comes in for those six games and plays lights out and go 6 and 0 when DeShaun Watson comes back they automatically put him back in the starting lineup?
yup, too much invested in him not too.

Legally, if you grab a woman's butt do you know that sexual assault? As ridiculous as that sound, that's it.

The most he is guilty of is indecent exposure and grabbing someone's ass which screams sexual assault but is far less than sexual assault.

"Sexual assault is defined as causing another individual to be subjected to sexual contact without consent."

Now your getting it.. and the NFL pretty much sees the players as inmates or cattle so who knows what their definition would be.
If sexual assault can be as simple as grabbing someone's ass, something we've all done, every player is just one accusation, they don't even have to have any proof anymore, one accusation from getting fucked over

On the first hard knocks, Brian Billick was talking to his players and said in his early days of coaching before he got to the Ravens a player got a call at like 1:00 in the morning.

A woman said I'm going to go to the Press and I'm going to ruin your career if you don't give me this amount by noon. The woman was lying her ass off but the player not wanting to risk his livelihood went ahead and paid

That's not verbatim that's the gist of it but that's what happened. These bitches don't even have to have proof anymore

I understand that but 2 grand juries didn't find probable cause, for whatever reason, to charge him with that. So my question is how did the judge, presiding over his suspension, find probable cause? Or did she? :hmm:

Been that way for a while, because there's hardly any repercussions for them. If a woman tells the cops you stole something from her, they want proof of said theft. If she claims you raped her, you'll be sorting it out in jail.

Here's the kicker: If she lies and said you raped her, they'll believe her almost instantly. If she starts to feel like shit later, and decides to come clean and admit she lied, they're hesitant to believe her.

Again the judge is operating within the
NFL's realm of law and order not American law. The NFL's lawbook of probable cause is different than everyone else's book of probably cause. You see the NFL is making this a big thing but the two grand juries operating in law outside of the NFL know IG models/ onlyfan hoes/ massage "therapist" fuck clients all the time...especially if they are celebrities.

Have to agree I do feel like this was a hit piece by the Texans to try to keep him. Oh well fuck'em they lost out anyway.

Peyton Manning did the same thing to a chick and the NFL buried that shit quick.

The NFLPA should really think long and hard about what they agree to going forward.
It's the league, not the NFLPA. But one thing to remember is that a retired federal judge did what she did for a reason, and no one, not even the media knows exactly what was presented in evidence. I'd be cautious about assuming what the NFL will do next.

No, what I'm saying is, what the NFL is doing now, the union agreed to it.

I see. But what they agreed to was the union contract, they DID NOT agree to appeal. They urged the NFL not to appeal.
No, they agreed to the commissioner's right to lessen, modify, or increase the penalty that the 3rd party comes up with, if the league was not happy with it. Not only that, but his decision would be binding. That's the part I was referencing. I don't know if the union should've agreed to that. I can see that clause benefitting both parties, but right now, it's coming back to bite the NFLPA. This basically puts all of the power back into Goodell's hands, which is what they were trying avoid.

If Goodell tries to give him a year, Watson lawyers will take this to court and I believe the NFL will lose.

It depends. If a judge rules that the clause the union agreed to and sign up for is not legally binding, then yeah, NFL could take an L. But if a judge tells them, that if they didn't like it, they shouldn't have signed the agreement, then it's going to get REALLLLLY messy.
