There's a guy in his 60's that goes to my gym that says he gets that shot, he said he had tried Neugenix and some other testosterone boosters but they didn't really work, but got the shot and it works wonders, he comes in the gym some mornings walking with his chest out talking about how he just got finished putting in about 30 minutes of work on his wife

Almost related to how I got on, this 55 year old Kat I work with looks like he’s early 30’s. I was like how the fuck do you have so much energy and stay in shape with these crazy hours. Dude was like get your blood work done check your Test levels, sure enough my shit was low. I started the shot a few months ago total life changer! Energy levels, Sex drive, and productivity all back to my 20’s levels.

Damn Truth, you ain't playing lol

You a rattler though, so you good with me.

Has anyone here actually used Berberine for more than month? Did you notice any drawbacks to using it. It was the talk of the town for minute. Also, fuck Animal Pak! That use to be my go to but they changed the formula and now it's wack. Just ordered Supreme Start. It won't arrive til next week but I'm hoping it's at least as good as the old Animal Pak. Word is, it's better.
Animal pack is so overrated shit is a sugar pill at this point

I bought that maybe ten years ago when I was at the "thinking of working out someday" stage.

Worst purchase I have made out of many in this journey.

It was just a ridiculous amount of pills!

I identified strongly with this post:
Man I take so many I am ashamed to list them...LOL

I'm not so bad any more but I was ridiculous with an entire shelf full of supplements overflowing. When I saw improvement I couldn't even attribute it properly.

I started taking B12 on @Camille's advice because I feel lethargic sometimes during the day.

But if my Alive multivitamin already has 1,000% of the B12 I need, maybe I just need to cut the wake and bake?

What vitamins/supplements are y'all on?
I got vitamin B12, l-arginine vitamin c and turkesterone

Right now, I ideally take my Alive multivitamin early in the day or right before bed. (I'm shooting maybe 33% with that so it's an easy improvement I could make.)

I take b12 and beta-alanine 45 minutes before I run and usually drink at least two cups of coffee. Started adding creatine to the mix last week.

Drink a nice smoothie afterward with some whey protein and some supergreen mix.

My smoothie consists of oatmeal fresh fruit beet juice tart cherry juice and pre-workout, surprisingly baking soda can be used as a supplement as well
One review of studies found that supplementing with sodium bicarbonate significantly increases muscular endurance and performance in both small and large muscle groups ( 10 ). It's especially beneficial during single and repeated bouts of high intensity exercise that last between 1 and 7 minutes

But because it has acid limited amounts
Baking soda is also good for helping reduce recovery time from that exercise. This is because it decreases the acidity in your working muscles to help you exercise longer,” Bulk.com's specialists said. Obviously, as baking powder has acid in it, it would therefore be a less ideal workout companion.

I'll give a baking soda shot a shot.

Or maybe capsules...? Hmm...

Amazon product ASIN B0979K41MY
My smoothies vary greatly aside from the whey and supergreen mix-- Usually a frozen banana or avocado and some kind of fruit with two spoonfuls of yogurt. And almost always with milk.

I didn't care for the alive vitamins. I really like the country life core daily vitamins. They have a women's and men's formula. I just switched to mykind by garden of life because I wanted a whole food based vitamin, but the jury is still out. I got good results with the country life tho and may go back to them as they are one per day.

B vitamins I take a complex not just b12. Time released. They are water soluble so any excess is eliminated via urine. The time release keeps the energy ongoing vs one and done. I also just switched to a whole food b vitamin that's not sustained release and requires 2 pills per day because my schedule changed and the sustained one keeps me awake too long. I think they work OK, but it's not as noticeable as the sustained release ones I recommended.

There’s no special fat loss pills out there. It’s all BS. Fat loss is all about cutting your calories in half, cutting the sugar and carbs low, getting all your sleep and exercise. I know this cause I’ve tried everything out there..

Fat loss is simple math and science. The fat loss industry don’t want you to know this. They want you to stay ignorant and spend money with them.

Beyond Raw LIT, the first time you take it your whole head is going to start to tingle/itch but it gives you a crazy pump, you know how you feel when you finish your warm up exercises and are ready to begin your workout, it gives you that feeling

Yeah I've used that before

I was reading this and, with the way BGOL usually uses the term raw, I wondered which head was supposed to tingle & itch and exactly what type of crazy pump and feeling when you finish was being advertised here.

I’m having an extremely productive and personal record breaking week.

I ran my fastest 7.5 miler and I ran my fastest 3 miler and 1 miler. A 7 minute and 22 second mile on my third mile.

My weight is down to 189. I was at 220 in April of 2022.

Man, it’s all about patience and consistency.

I have two goals set. 1) run at least 4 miles a week or 2) run at least 6 miles a week.

I feel like these goals are reasonable and doesn’t consume much time. Of course I’ll have weeks where I’ll run more than the set goals, but this keeps me active a motivated.

I like that the adidas apps have keep track of my stats. It shows how many times I’ve hit my goal and my streaks. There are definitely weeks where motivation is challenging as hell. But I forgive myself if I have to take a week or more off from running. I run 2 to 3 times a week. Long runs are more about endurance versus speed. It’s about how long you can keep a steady pace for an hour or more. Once you start mixing that up with short tempo or HIIT runs, then your endurance will improve. My Apple Watch records my VO2 max, which is the amount of oxygen my body can hold.

Lol. You good. I’m pushing my body to the limits, but I’m doing it extremely responsibly. Getting hurt it what I try to avoid. That’s why my HIIT runs are at the end and not at the beginning of running.

I admire y'all for real my knees be screaming when I run
Gone cop a sleeve and start with parachute intervals then with my way up
I eventually wanna be able to run 2/3 miles without stopping..Chukwu sees to it I'll be doing that by years end
Same here. If I can get up to 2 miles running damn that would be a major accomplishment.

You ever did the couch to 5 k program? It has good reviews

Another record breaking day for me.

Fastest 10k (24 minutes and 52 seconds) and fastest mile. Had that last mile at 7 minutes and 20 seconds. It’s insane of the possibility that I might be able to run a mile under 7 minutes.

I haven’t been in the type of shape in 20 years. I’m at my college weight now (189). I just run two to three times a week. I really think that B12 made a difference for me.

Bruh I admire you no BS
I can go lift, jump rope, tire flips etc but running isn't it for me. At least not long distances. Parachute or hill intervals I'm cool but long distances I'm no good

I’m the opposite to those that lift. I’ve never been good at weights. In high school, I was strong in my legs, but weak in my upper body.

I don’t have muscle stamina to life weights. I can’t jump rope much because it strains my lower back. I don’t want to hoop anymore because the injury risk is too high and I ain’t got time for rolled ankles.

Running was the only thing I could do that was free, easier on my body, with a ton of health benefits.

I remember when I was 225, out of shape, and smoking 2 to 3 black and milds a day. I got out of breath putting my socks on one day and vowed to change my ways.

Now, I’m in a groove and I see the difference physically and mentally.
