Under 210lbs for the first time in YEARS....I mean I'm turning back the clock here fellas... Nothing fits, I had to drill a hole in my belt, and I have to wear some sweats under my work Dickies or they won't fit.
I had to take a week off from the gym due to work and it picking up leading into the holiday. I work for the Budweiser distributor, I've only been home 10 hours the past 2 days. But I got 3 days to rest, then Monday I'm back at it with a few changes.
I finally got badge access to the on site gym we have and it's fuckin NICE! I'm cancelling one of my gym memberships because this one at my job has everything I need. Since I'm a bit of a night owl, I plan on working out there after my shift, then get my cardio and sauna time in the morning before work. Me boy is a ex bodybuilder and owns 3 supplement stores, so I'm gonna get a stack from him he used to build and preserve lean muscle. The way I'm going I may get to 205lbs and just get lean as fuck.
I think we really need to get a good workout thread poppin', with fitness tips, workout programs, splits, just good solid info. That swole ass nigga
